KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas Tickets

It's not often that one can spend almost 6 straight hours of unforgettable bands, songs and moments. The entire lineup was amazing. It's hard to pick one favorite. Atlas Genius and Bastille were amazing; Portugal the Man never disappoints; first time seeing Capital Cities, Fits & the Tantrums, Lorde and they were off the charts, the Neighbourhood was much improved from their recent show at the Pallidium...nice surprise with Curt Smith from Tears for Fears; and finally Phoenix and Arcade Fire finishing up the evening with stellar performances...brought back memories of Coachella past! Congratulations to all the bands and to KROQ for being relevant for over 30 years! I can wait until next Year!

KROQ's Almost Acoustic Christmas was by far a great success. I went to night one and the bands were excellent, the ambiance rocked and the crowd was way fun. My only complaint is the venue ran out of real food!! By the time I had 3 large beers, I was craving a pizza that I had seen people eating earlier. To my surprise, the only thing that was left was red vines and some other assorted candy. I don't know about you, but when I'm buzzed, a red vine does not sound good to me.

Awesome event!!! Love all the bands. Went smoothly and on time.

It was a great show. The only thing is that wish they'd played longer set's. Other than that I have no complaints. I'll be there next year and the year after that. The people who work there were respectful and they treated everyone like a friend. They deserve a free concert.

KROQ's Almost Acoustic Christmas never fails to rock. I just wish it was still at the Gibson (alas, the Gibson is no more, make way for Harry Potter world). No wait times, amazing bands back to back, all good things!

This was a great opportunity to see a number of big acts all at one time. I was very excited to see Arctic Monkeys for the first time and they did not disappoint. Also great to see Vampire Weekend and Kings of Leon again. The Shrine is a great venue for a show like this. Sound was excellent.

The venue was appropriate for the event. Crowd was engaged. Every seat in the house was great! My husband and I had a blast. Enjoyed listening to Artic Monkeys and Queens of the Stone Age. They were amazing!!

Show was great....concessions left a LOT to be desired - the venue ran out of what little food was available halfway through the 6 hour concert ! So sad considering the show was sold out way ahead of time.

Seriously, the new location was the best thing to happen to the event. I was able to get the tickets through the app after 14 minutes. Merry Xmas to me!!

All the bands were great! Kroq puts on a great concert.

The whole show was AMAZING!!!!!!! I had never been before and can't wait to go again next year! I woke up the next day wanting to replay the whole night! All of the bands were incredible!!!! So so good! The staff was super friendly and nice! Loved everything about it!!

I thought overall Sat night was an awesome time. All the bands played well. The only thing I feel that can be better is to extend the bands time of playing I felt it was short.

The concert was sick! Afi was a little meh, but all the other bands performed at their best. I'm never forgetting this concert. Hopefully I can go to next year's concert, if the line up is as good as this one!

Love how there is a turning stage and continuous music!

Seems the Bass was turned up Too High & Drowned out Much of the Vocals. Also Would've.been Nice to have a Surprise Guest on Night 1. We Did Get a Tears for Fears song on 2nd Night,

The concert was fun but could've enjoyed it more if there was more room to jump around. Being elbow to elbow made it uncomfortable to dance or jump around to the music.

Most of the bands were more interested in putting on a visual experience than playing music. In fact, many played to backing tracks. In the balcony, the vocals were unintelligible, maybe because the bass & kick drum were too loud. I did really like Arctic Monkeys & Vampire Weekend were awesome! Nice venue, but they could have had more food. Glad I went, but I won't fight for a ticket next year.

Queens of the Stone Age rocked the house, they were amazing!

The Acoustic Christmas concert never disappoints - AFI was my overall favorite of the night and could have easily headlined the event.

Concert was great but too many drunk people that took away from the show. Took our two young teens and did not like the atmosphere for them. We were there for the music.
