    Kristin was AMAZING!!!

by Bwayfanmkm on 6/11/12Hippodrome at France-Merrick Performing Arts Center - Baltimore

Kristin Chenoweth is a true talent, and was brilliant during her June 9th concert at the Hippodrome. She performed a wide range of musical pieces and included witty banter, back up singers and dancers, and funny stories to move the in between song time along. Each piece was beautifully performed. I thoroughly enjoyed this concert, and would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone who would listen!

So amazing. How such a big voice can come out of such a little person, I will never understand. I loved getting a chance to see her switch from from one genre to the next to the next in one show. And she's funny!

    A bit too Christian

by JHUredhead on 6/11/12Hippodrome at France-Merrick Performing Arts Center - Baltimore

Her voice is a remarkable instrument. The personality shined through. Her three songs about Christ was a bit much since it was a fundraiser and folks (me, too) expected more of her well-known songs to be performed. Thanking patrons for using their hard-earned money to pay for a ticket to come her show was appreciated.

Kristin Knocks it out of the Park!

by CapeCodAnnie184 on 6/11/12Boston Opera House - Boston

I love Kristin, but this show completely floored me! I knew she would be good, but I certainly did not think she would bring me to tears for two songs! Fantastic; when she comes to Boston again you can bet I will be there!

    Kristin was Over the Rainbow

by CraftyElf on 6/11/12Boston Opera House - Boston

This show was spectacular. The sound was crystal clear and sharp. I had no problem understanding anything that was being said or sung. Kristin's performance was stellar. She included quite a variety of music from show tunes, to country, to gospel to original music, and of course, songs from "Wicked". Along with the singing there was a little bit of comedy provided as well. I found this production to be well worth the money and quite an entertaining evening.

    Kristin Chenoweth is just amazing!

by BostonMac on 6/10/12Boston Opera House - Boston

Kristin sang the songs we know her for, songs from her most recent CD Some Lessons Learned and songs that have inspired her. She sang songs from Wicked, Les Misérables, Blazing Saddles and CCM star Sandi Patti. Her love for theater, music and her fans shines through every second she is on stage. Kristin's interaction with the audience makes you fall even more in love with this cute, petite, beautiful, funny and extremely talented star.

    There are no words.....

by MKelle on 6/10/12Boston Opera House - Boston

This woman is amazing. She sang everything from showtunes to country to gospel, and no matter what she sang it was performed beautifully and every note was perfect. Between the songs, she chatted a little with the audience and was brilliantly funny throughout the whole show. The other performers onstage with her were all brilliant as well. Towards the end of the show, she brought up charities she works for and asked for donations and such but was not preachy about it at all. Not only was she amazing onstage, she took the time after the show to acknowledge her fans. She was kind and grateful for the kind words her fans gave her and saw every person who waited at the stagedoor. All in all, Kristin Chenoweth is perfection in human form and really knows how to put on a show.

A great night of Broadway in Boston!

by Captain9 on 6/10/12Boston Opera House - Boston

One of the most enjoyable evenings we have had. Having just returned from NYC a few weeks ago to see two shows "ONCE" and AVENUE Q- which were both very good, we were commenting how nice it was to see a Broadway type event in Boston. Kristin was quite the entertainer and kept the audience at ease with her "oklahoma" presentation using a variety if show techniques. Her back-ups were very talented and added a lot to the show. We were glad we had purchased our tickets in advance as we had good seats in Row K of the orchestra. Great Evening!

Great voice - but sit up front!

by Birny on 6/10/12Boston Opera House - Boston

OK, she's 4'11" and maybe 95 pounds. But if you don't sit in the first 10 rows you wont' see her well!! She is just so tiny!! So sit up front!! I would have liked her to sing more classic songs -she did NONE from Promises, Promises, her last B-way musical. She did some from Wicked - but not enough! How about some from her Tony-winning performance? Not enough of her beautiful voice. Still - it was well worth the price of admission. They had a plant which they said was a 16-year-old stranger and invited her up to sing with Kristin - but since she never went back to her seat after singing - it gave away that she was a plant. Nice acting, though!
