KRAIG PARKER IN CONCERT:
Rumors that Elvis is still alive persist nearly four decades after his death, and Kraig Parker just may be the reason. The skilled impersonator has been paying homage to the late great King with his pitch-perfect tribute shows for more than 15 years, and he's got the routine aced, from the infamous lip curl to the howling renditions of classics like "Jailhouse Rock" and "Hound Dog." Parker and his Royal Tribute Band blew fans away at their 2013 shows, making their 2014 tour dates the next best thing to a trip to Graceland.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Kraig Parker began his Elvis tribute project in 1996 after his impersonation of the King at an office party garnered rave reviews. Forming the Royal Tribute Band and Orchestra, Parker began to tour his act around the country, winning various contests and earning praise as one of the world's foremost Elvis tribute artists. In his 15+ years performing as the King, Parker has shared the stage with some of Presley's original singers including the Sweet Inspirations and the Jordanaires. He continues to channel the King as a tireless touring act, with another busy year of appearances scheduled for 2014.
FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:
"Kraig and the Royal Tribute Band were amazing. The show was filled with all of Elvis's popular 50's songs and the more challenging songs from the Vegas years. Kraig was spot on with all of them."
" I would never get tired of listening to Kraig Parker sing Elvis Presley music. He looks like Elvis, moves like him, and especially sounds just like Elvis."
"The Kraig Parker show is amazing. He does a super job & is a very kind to all of his fans.He sounds so much like Elvis and has lots of Elvis's moves. If you liked Elvis, you will like Kraig Parker."
My Mom is a huge Elvis fan so I took her to this show Kraig was awesome I even had a great time... everyone there was really hype lol
Honestly we love the show but this year was different somehow, shorter, less audience interaction, and I felt like he had his back to us half the time. Only passed out scarves one time I was a little disappointed but of course we will return next year if ticket prices don't go higher like this year and the seating we got was not great
The show was incredible. Kraig captures the spirit of Elvis and takes the audience back to enjoy the music and memories of the beloved performer. Kraig loves the audience and we love him too!
I saw the real ELVIS in 1974--KRAIG did a fabulous performance-and will go see him again. Disappointed he had no souvenirs-no cd's of HIS performance and /or tee-shirts
My husband and I have attended Kraig's shows many times and places over the past 10+ years. He has always put on a tremendous show and this one was no exception. I never was lucky enough to see Elvis Presley perform in person. However, I think Kraig is just as good or in my opinion better. We always walk away from his shows saying "He's the hardest working man in show business." His shows never disappoint. They are so professional and his Royal Tribute Band is outstanding. Whenever he is at Windstar we drive over two hours to see him. We are already looking forward to the next time.
My wife was a big Elvis fan when she was a teenager, so I surprised her with "Christmas stocking" tickets. Not being familiar with Kraig Parker, I didn't know what I should expect. What we got was 1 1/2 hours of high-energy entertainment. There is only one Elvis, but KP does a great tribute.
Kraig Parker put on an awesome, thrilling show! I have seen him maybe 10 or so times and he improves show after show ! Love his voice, energy, and performance!
We enjoyed the show very much. Had good seats and the staff was very courteous and helpful đ
What a great concert! Not only does Kraig look and act like The King, his great voice is exactly the same! And talk about informative and funny! Great band also. I can't wait to view his Elvis Experience again!!!!
Concert was well worth the ticket price which was more than reasonable. Kraig Parker entertained from start to finish! Very high energy.
Kraig did a great job. There were times I had to remember he was Kraig. I liked the way he was respectful toward Elvis. His band and backup singers great as well. Im not sure if the ladies that ran up front to get sweaty scarves was staged or real but it added to the fun. I left happy and saying I had a fun time. I would go again!
Kraig Parker does great show with great songs and at times he makes think you are with the original ! He is funny, polite. Great guy and a Great Concert !
The band was really good and kraig looked and preformed like Elvis.
Kraig does an awesome show. Iâve seen Elvis in person. My friend had not but stated, now I have. He brings Elvis back to us!
Parker really makes Elvis come alive. The entire show was first class. I would recommend it to all my friends.
This performance by Craig was outstanding. He paid tribute to Elvis with epic and classic songs, maybe because it was his birthday celebration. I even was able to get a scarf this time! The tribute to the troops at the end was touching and the encore closing song, "Can't Help Falling in Love" was the best. Craig Parker still has the looks, sounds, and spirit of Elvis and is very enjoyable for his audience!
Kraig Parker is the next best thing to experiencing the King in concert!
Iâve never been to an impersonating Elvis concert and I found it to be very entertaining. Kraig Parker did an amazing job. Nothing like going down memory lane!! I had a great time!!!
Kraig continues to help us remember Elvis and we need to take our kids & Grandkids to see his show! It is a show you will NEVER forget. Close your eyes and you will swear it IS Elvis up there on stage...... Help Elvis live on forever..... Go see this show!
My granddaughter is an Elvis lover to say the least. We have seen several impersonators and was not impressed with Kraig. He didn't sing any of Elvis s older songs like "Can't help falling in love" etc. she didn't think he was anything like Elvis. Would we go see him m again definitely not. There are better ones out there
