KRAIG PARKER IN CONCERT:
Rumors that Elvis is still alive persist nearly four decades after his death, and Kraig Parker just may be the reason. The skilled impersonator has been paying homage to the late great King with his pitch-perfect tribute shows for more than 15 years, and he's got the routine aced, from the infamous lip curl to the howling renditions of classics like "Jailhouse Rock" and "Hound Dog." Parker and his Royal Tribute Band blew fans away at their 2013 shows, making their 2014 tour dates the next best thing to a trip to Graceland.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Kraig Parker began his Elvis tribute project in 1996 after his impersonation of the King at an office party garnered rave reviews. Forming the Royal Tribute Band and Orchestra, Parker began to tour his act around the country, winning various contests and earning praise as one of the world's foremost Elvis tribute artists. In his 15+ years performing as the King, Parker has shared the stage with some of Presley's original singers including the Sweet Inspirations and the Jordanaires. He continues to channel the King as a tireless touring act, with another busy year of appearances scheduled for 2014.

Kraig Parker is the closest thing to Elvis that we have ever seen..and I saw Elvis in Las Vegas in the 70's. We have also seen several tribute artists in Las Vegas and none of them come close!! I will definately be at the next show!!
Kraig Parker is he most amazing tribute artist I have ever seen! He BECOMES Elvis. He does a great show that Elvis himself would enjoy!
We thoroughly enjoyed Kraig Parker and his tribute to Elvis. He was very entertaining. We had never seen the "real" Elvis, so this was quite a treat for us. It felt like "Elvis" was definitely in the building! Thanks for the memories.
I rated last night's show w/ AMAZING....and that is exactly what it was. Kraig and the Royal Tribute Band are absolulely phenomenal.
It was annoying that so many women went to the stage to hug and kiss him during the songs. He could hardly sing for all the smooching. Also, you couldn't see from the rows close to the stage. I would not see another event at the InterContinental unless they revise their lighting rules. The back of the theater was like bright daylight, while the floor area was dark. It was unfair for the people in the back to have to deal with the lights full on during the show. I asked them to turn them down and they responded they couldn't due to the light needed for people to get up during the show. There were sconces on the wall that could have stayed on and the spotlights turned off.
Elvis was always my #1 and Kraig Parker now fills that void. He is amazing !! His talent is unmistakenly the best to come around in a long time. His energy radiates to his audience and makes for a great time! He makes you feel good about being there and you can't help but be energized when you see him!
Kraig Parker is an amazing man and he has a very amazing band. They keep the audience's attention and the time flies as he is performing. I could hear the audience with their approval of his performance. He has the moves, the sounds and the look of Elvis Presley. He is always very kind and attentive to each person that comes to the stage and in line after the performance.
We went expecting a good show from Kraig Parker and his band, which we certainly got. What we really got was a show from the audience. The women going down to get a kiss and a scarf were amazing and allowed Kraig to interact with his audience. Grand entertainment.
This was a great night of entertainment at a bargain rate. Kraig Parker is passionate about Elvis Presley and his music. He has a strong beautiful voice, the costumes are top notch and he has the moves. He allows the crowd, if even just for a brief moment to believe they are actually seeing Elvis perform. The Malachite showroom at the Hotel Intercontinental was a nice intimate setting. We had a great time and would do it again. Long live the King!
