About

KISS in Concert

For over four decades, KISS have worked hard to fulfill the promise that frontman Paul Stanley makes to audiences every night: "You wanted the best — you got the best!" Now with the band that set the standard for rock ‘n' roll showmanship about to retire their boots and makeup for good, you can bet they will take the KISS experience to a whole new level. For the End of the Road World Tour — which the band bills as "the ultimate celebration for those who've seen us and a last chance for those who haven't" — KISS promises to go out the same way they came in: "unapologetic and unstoppable." And as always, the KISS Army knows that's no idle boast.

This farewell tour promises to be the final chapter of an occasionally X-rated but always entertaining saga that began when two young musicians (Stanley and bassist Gene Simmons) first met in New York City in 1970. After spending a few years cutting their teeth in bands like Wicked Lester, the duo doubled down on a new group with a unique sound that combined the muscle of American hard rock and the flamboyance of British glam. Of course, the makeup, costumes, and wild live theatrics (fire-breathing included) meant that KISS looked as unique as they sounded on such instantly iconic songs as "Strutter," "Shout It Out Loud," and "Rock and Roll All Night." Here was a band whose members were no mere mortals — they were comic-book superheroes.

And so they remained even when the makeup came off in the ‘80s as Stanley and Simmons kept pace with a new generation of rockers with hits like "Lick It Up" and "Heaven's on Fire." Then in 1995, the crowd at Detroit's Tiger Stadium witnessed a piece of history when the original lineup reunited to perform in full KISS regalia. The event also launched a two-decade era of renewed preeminence whose signs included everything from new hit albums to KISS conventions to co-headlining tours with Aerosmith, Def Leppard, and Mötley Crüe. A year after the band's induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2014, KISS achieved another milestone, becoming the American band with the most gold albums ever.

Through it all, KISS have maintained their allegiance to the members of the KISS Army, the millions of people who've made it all possible. So they can be sure this one last party will end with a bang.

KISS on Tour

KISS announced the last legs of their final tour, the End of the Road Tour. The initial tour announcement was met with huge fan demand for added shows, but the End of the Road Tour will officially come to a close on July 21, 2021 at a NY location yet to be named. KISS is offering VIP experiences and special KISS Army fan presales.

Known for their trademark larger-than-life blistering performances, KISS has proven for decades why they are hands down the most iconic live show in rock n roll. The Rock & Roll Hall of Famers who have sold more than 100 million albums worldwide have said this tour is devoted to the millions of KISS Army fans.

KISS - going out without a bang!

by Mr. G on 12/11/23Madison Square Garden - New York

Considering that this was KISS' very last concert, I was completely disappointed. It was underwhelming and I though they would have at least celebrated this event with surprise guests including Peter and Ace.

KISS did not disappoint. Great songs. Great pyrotechnics and other effects. Plus, these guys are the existential showmen. Sorry to see them retire..

Excellent Final Night/We Will Miss You

by paul w. on 12/11/23Madison Square Garden - New York

Being able to see KISS, at Madison Square Garden, in their hometown of NYC, for their final live performance ever, was both bittersweet and a privilege. Knowing this was their final performance, the energy in the building among the fans before and during the show was palpable. I was privileged to be close enough on this final evening to be bombarded by an incredibly loud and beautiful performance. I was also near enough to feel the heat from the flames on the stage, and many in my area almost felt as if we were in the performance. The band sounded great!!! The love between the band and their lifelong (and new) fans was reciprocal. This was the end of an era, easily one of rock's most unique bands. Not only is/was KISS incredible visually and musically, they are also one of America's greatest rock bands. Without exaggeration, they may quite possibly be the greatest live band ever. The current lineup of this band is solid, yet in speaking with fans, the only real disappointment on this final night might have been the abscence in some form of the physical inclusion of Peter Criss and Ace Frehley who made the original incarnation of this band so classic and iconic. Regardless, both Peter and Ace were embedded in the final performance visually and musically in more ways than one. There's really no way to describe the connection between the band and their beloved KISS Army. As opposed to the previous night where I was further away, I was fortunate enough this evening to feel so immediate to everything. Instead of feeling melancholy like the night before, my experience of the final performance was so loud and so good, I didn't have the opportunity to experience anything other than joy and fulfillment. I'm glad it ended this way. Even Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons were visibly teary-eyed during the final song of the encore - and why wouldn't they be?!! The final performance at the End of the Road Tour was poignant, important, epic, and awesome in so many ways. For our own selfish reasons, we would love to see KISS perform forever - yet no real fan of this incredible band could ever really begrudge them for wanting to spend the remaining quality time they have with their family, friends, loved ones, and in enjoying life in the way they best see fit. As one who has spent a lot of money on this band in terms of albums, concert tickets, and other things, I don't believe I'm the only one who can honestly say that what I have given to them in no way exceeds what they have given to us. The joy they have given us will last a lifetime. This was the current band's final live performance, yet in other ways, they will always be with us. Magically (and KISS always has been), it seems that in many ways, the road will go on forever. Thank you Paul, Gene, Peter, and Ace. We love you!!! We will miss you. Thank you KISS!!! There will never be anything like you!!!

    Last Kiss Concert!!!

by Vicrock on 12/10/23Madison Square Garden - New York

Almost perfect all around. Entering was smooth, the merchandise lines were crazy(the MSG staff overseeing the lines were a bit rude) and the ushering staff on the Chase Bridge was great and helpful.

    It’s Over😢

by Knac3 on 12/9/23Madison Square Garden - New York

The final KISS concert and venue at MSG was the best it could be. Ticketmaster - you should be ashamed of the way you screwed lifetime KISS fans with your unethical ticket selling practices. Releasing tickets at different times, up to the day of the final concert was just wrong, and getting the extra fees on crazy up priced resale tickets is just thievery. If there was any other way to buy any tickets to any event, I would never use Ticketmaster again. But since this is a monopoly, I have no choice.

Beginning of a new era. Kiss is immortal

by Andy Pacheco on 12/6/23Madison Square Garden - New York

Fantastic night. Had an extra ticket so I was able to find a Kiss fan to give that too. Great time jumping and singing ! For my first time at Madison Square Garden I had a blast and nothing could make it better. I did miss the opportunity to have a golden ticket (didn't know they would be handing them out). Over all 10/10

    Kiss-the final show

by JDS1969 on 12/6/23Madison Square Garden - New York

Spent a fortune on tickets and merch. Planned for months with Paul and Gene dropping hints of original members showing up on the final show. No such luck. Dropped about $4000 total to see an average show. Band tried hard but nothing memorable about the set list. Being a lifelong fan I’m happy I can say I was there but after the show I looked around and felt like I had been cheated.

    Awesome!!

by Rose on 12/6/23Madison Square Garden - New York

It was a phenomenal show! It was a spectacle from start to finish. They included all of their tricks…Gene spitting up blood and shooting fire from his mouth, Tommy’s guitar shooting into the air, Paul flying thru the sky, pyro galore and lots of balloons, balls and confetti falling from the ceiling and lots more. Glad I made it to the “final” show!

    BEST. SHOW. EVER!

by Jenny22geisha on 12/6/23Madison Square Garden - New York

"The two unforgettable nights of the KISS 'End of the Road' concerts went above and beyond our expectations! The entire concert experience, from start to finish, was phenomenal, and the special effects added an extra layer of excitement to both evenings, making it an event that will remain etched in our memories for a long time! However, our enthusiasm was slightly dampened by our experience with the ushers and security at MSG. While we appreciate their job demands, their lack of hospitality and the somewhat abrupt exit at the show's conclusion left us taken aback. Having attended various venues and stadiums across the United States, this was an unexpected departure from the usual warm welcome we've encountered elsewhere."

    Hottest band in the world!!!

by Jose Leal on 12/6/23Madison Square Garden - New York

nothing more to say than KISS is KISS! enough said! The hottest band in the world indeed!! both concerts in MSG were great. very sad it ended. Hopefully they take a nice break, refuel the tank and find that they miss it. A nice residency at The Sphere in Vegas might be a nice comeback. That venue is taylor made for what they do. with all the imagery KISS has to offer it would be a dream come true for fans and a huge moneymaker in my opinion. They are still on top of the world, sound great and still look like a million bucks. so thank you Paul and Gene for the many lasting memories. we will miss you dearly! KISS Army baby!!
