About

KISS has been a pinnacle of live entertainment for five decades. The rock gods (led by Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley) have released 44 albums, selling over 100 million worldwide. With more gold albums than any band in American history (30 in total), KISS have established themselves as one of the most commercially successful bands ever. The legends have produced fist-pumping anthems like “Detroit Rock City,” “Rock and Roll All Nite” and “Heaven’s on Fire,” and their merchandising empire extends over 3,000 global licenses — reportedly breaking sales records set by the Beatles and Elvis — with an iconic logo that supports a billion-dollar retail machine. Nowhere has KISS made more of an impression than on the road, though. The band’s theatrical stage costumes, exploding pyrotechnics, and fire-breathing choruses laid the groundwork for a five-decade run as rock’s “Greatest Show on Earth.” The iconic group’s 2023 End of the Road Tour wrapped up with one of rock’s most spectacular curtain calls at New York City’s Madison Square Garden (miles from where KISS first formed in 1973) on December 2, 2023.

    EXCELLENT SHOW

    by Tigger63 on 8/9/10Comcast Center - Mansfield

I just wanted to say, that after seeing Saturdays' show, it was better than the one I saw last October '09 at the TD Bank North. Don't get me wrong, I loved last year's show, it was great. Just wished I could've been a LOT closer. Well, I got my wish. Saturdays' show was AWESOME, I sat MUCH closer & had so much fun. On top of that, the waiting for KISS to start their show, was well worth the wait, not to mention, it lasted nearly 3 hours long. I love this group. I pray it's not their last concert. God Bless KISS. They've come a long way

KISS was better than I thought!

by GDFanatic on 8/9/10Comcast Center - Mansfield

I have to hand it to them. They really put on a good show. I was very impressed by their tribute to the troops and their donation to the Wounded Veterans Fund. Every band should donate a dollar from their ticket sales to a great cause.

    KISS top notch

by Jghaghi on 8/9/10Comcast Center - Mansfield

KISS did everything one would want them to do if one had a list of expectations they wanted met. Eric Singer even hit an overhead stage light with a bazooka, an inexplicable yet amusing part of the show. I really wish they had not performed Beth and Shock Me. They have a ton of songs to play where they can lay these chestnuts on the shelf and don't need to play them - they only, if only for a moment, make us miss the presence of Ace and Peter - not to say Eric and Tommy aren't great. Also, if KISS ever plays in Mansfield again please someone tell Paul Stanley what city he's in. He and Eric said "Boston" dozens of times. Just asking to please get it right, it was a very impersonal touch. I would have been happier if he said "New England" as opposed to Boston, which they clearly weren't in.

    KISS WAS AWESOME

by Anna1234567 on 8/9/10Susquehana Bank Center - Camden

I'm 24 years old and I took my mom to see KISS. I got 3rd row seats~and my mom was so excited when I surprised her. I really loved the opening bands. The ENVY was amazing. My mom and I agreed that the lead singers voice was incredible and each and every song was great! Because of this concert I want to go get all of their songs. All the bands were great! Kiss came on and it was unbelievable. I was so happy I took my mom and that I cam as well! I never really listened to them before, although I always heard about them from my mom. I recognized many songs though and now I love them. I watched the Gene Simmons show with my brothers (Family Jewels) before the concert and I loved Gene SImmons and now I love them all even more! Im so glad I went and it was ana amzing expreience.

    KISS rocked Mansfield!!!

    by Destroyer8TrackFan on 8/9/10Comcast Center - Mansfield

Great musical, as well as visual rock experience. This was my first KSS show. I am sorry that I waited so long to enjoy such a rock event. After all these years, KISS still rocks. Decked out in full costume, the band performed to my full expectations and then some with numerous stage theatrics including blood from Simmons mouth, rising stages, video screens and signature pyrotechnics, as well as a few surprises. Lead by frontman Paul Stanley , KISS played with plenty of energy to the delight of the crowd which spawned several generations. Their new songs which although unfamilar still rocked and were introduced throughout the show amongst KISS classics like Detriot Rock City, Shout It Out Loud, Love Gun, Beth and Rock & Roll All Nite, Never a dull moment with KISS on the stage. One of the best shows and encores ever! A Must See!!!

    Kiss was awesome

    by gilman61 on 8/9/10Comcast Center - Mansfield

The THREE opening acts were not to our liking. They should have had only ONE opening act and it should have been a harder rock group. As for Kiss, they were over-the-top and delivered! The song list was great and the extra long encore was awesome. As always, the visual part of their show was extraordinary.

    Kiss always delivers

    by dking1977 on 8/9/10Comcast Center - Mansfield

Well after 26 shows under my 50 year old belt.... Kiss always delivers the goods! You can come as a somewhat fan of their music and persona.... but you WILL go away having been entertained. Always has been a visual and aural treat. Thank you for being a part of rock and roll history 35 years later. Another great show. Lots of pyro, lots of big screen visual. Our guys seemed spot on and playful.

by clemsgn on 8/8/10Comcast Center - Mansfield

As usual, KISS was excellent ! They always include the crowd in the show and the pyrotechnics were great ! They never disappoint and even my 18 & 21 yr old kids had a great time. Better than expected even though band members are aging quite a bit.

    KISS destroys Mansfield

    by Destroyer65 on 8/8/10Comcast Center - Mansfield

Great show in Mansfield last night. The band played great. Paul sounded very good. The only problem with a KISS show is you want to watch each of them and not miss anything. Not only is Eric a terrific drummer, but he's so entertaining. The Eric and Tommy solo works great. I prefer it this way rather than to have two separate solos. 2 hour 20 minute show. That's the longest KISS show I've been to so far. A friend of mine brought his teenage daughter to the show. After seeing her first concert she said it was "AWESOME".

    Gen & Paul and Company

    by kiss1982 on 8/8/10Comcast Center - Mansfield

Tommy Thayer singin' "Shock Me" ?! Eric Singer singin' "Beth" ?! Paul havin' the whole crowd doin' the Pledge of Allegiance ?. But it all worked. KISS sang three songs off of "Sonic Bonb" , their new album. Pushing the new album ,Paul told the crowd "You can buy it Walmart"! and having Modern Day Delilah as an opening song for the concert- good tune but not THAT powerful for an opener. Paul flew over the crowd on to a seperate stage located a few sections up for a treat while singin "I was Made for Lovin' you" giving a"Love Gun" a rest. Tommy still trying for a sure footing on stage while Singer is well secure behind the drums, shared their solo spots together to try a little harder for the acceptance of them wearing some one else's greasepaint ( Ace and Peter) and it was a good effort . Two hours of 70's and 80's tunes from their library with great pryo lights and big clear screens. They came and did the job as the KISS Army knew they would. Paul enjoing a solo few moments doin Whole Lot of Love by Led Zepplin for an intro for "Black Diamond" was an extra treat. Paul difinatly has the pipes that Robert Plant would raise an eyebrow to. I'm sure Paul and Gene and who ever will wear Ace and Peter's make-up , will be back next year and we will be there to let them entertain us.
