The concert was good overall, but I was upset miley couldn't make it. I saw that she had tweeted she was stuck in New York right when the show had started, but no one actually told us she wasn't gonna make it until the whole concert was done, which I was pretty upset about. Overall, it was great, and I would definitely go again.
Paid top dollar and headliner Miley never showed up! Kiss never appologized waited to last minute to announce she was not coming.
Tickets were located behind the stage but not labeled as obstructed view. Garden guest relations was not helpful at all. An alcohol officer stopped my not drunk friend on our way to our seats and told her to not drink anymore for no reason. The sets were really short. Miley Cyrus didn't show up and Kiss failed to make an announcement. After the last act finished, a voice on a loudspeaker said "Miley Cyrus cannot make it to Boston this evening. Everyone get home safe." That was it for the cancellation of the headliner. Poorly handled. Overall, not worth the crazy money being charged for these tickets.
Miley Cyrus wasn't able to make it and KISS 108 did not offer any reimbursement or anything for people. The rest of the concert was okay but we had only gone for Miley.
It was awful. Miley Cyrus didn't show up. That was dissapointing since she was stuck in New York for 8 hours. She could have taken a bus, train, or car to New York since it's only 4 hours away. They didn't tell us that she wouldn't be there until the end of the show. I want my money back. The show was a waste of 78 dollars. Please refund my money.
NEVER would have paid all this money through ticketmaster if I knew Miley Cyrus was not going to show up. Biggest disappointment of my daughters life. Every other performer with her the night before in New York was there no problem so quit the excuses!!!!
Everyone was awesome!! Flo Rida rocked and hit the crowd w gifts and himself. Loved his Santa Paramore - awesome fan song along !! Enrique - wow !! Bad part- Miley no show and even though everyone knew via social media that she wasn't coming, some one From kiss 108 should have made a professional announcement instead of a voice on speaker saying good night. Paramore and Enrique got less attention cuz all were moaning about Miley on phones instead of watching them, son ended on a low note - but was great show
this was our 8th jingle ball and every year kiss 108 becomes more greedy than the year before. It was nice when it was in lowell tickets and parking was reasonable but now we have to go to the garden pay double the money and parking is crazy. This year they decided to wait till the last second of the show to annouce the main act was coming. It was a mad house leaving since everybody left at the same time. The reason we spent all that money was to see Miley. You would of thought that since she was not coming that the other acts could of played a litte longer for us. Some parents dropped off the kids with plans to pick them up at 11pm those kids were stranded for an hour. Very disappointed but the other acts did a great job
Very very disappointed. Flo rider and Selena Gomez were both amazing! Miley not being there was awful. She was the sole reason we got tickets. Everyone else made it!? More disturbing was how it was handled by kiss 108. The way it was announced at end if show was horrific. It was all and all a horrible experience. People leaving the venue were so upset. She was the headliner and a no show. Weather or not you get there. Others did through the same storm. But again what was more disappointing was how kiss 108 handled it! Very poor

I was no happy with the turnout for the jingle ball, I have been to the kiss concert in the summer and enjoyed that a lot more! This years jingle ball was terrible!
Very angry I paid for tickets for a concert where the headliner does not show up. There is no excuse for what happened especially when other acts made it there who also performed in NYC the night before. Miley should fulfill her obligations not to mention I had a niece devastated in tears because she couldn't see her favorite singer. Just heartbreaking!!!!!
Overall it was a great night!! Disappointed that Miley Cyrus was a no show!! Especially when they said she was in the building at the beginning of the show. WHY LIE???? Delayed for 7 hours really?? When her band drove.... They had forcast this storm for a week. Everyone else had manged to fly in and make the show. Fifth harmony was TOO rehearsed but other than everyone was great !! Very impressed by Robin Thicke not sure what I expected from him, but he was fantastic!!!
I really am glad I got the cheap seats. While the various performers were all very talented, it seemed almost certain that 80% of them were not singing but lip synced. Which is disappointing. The major exception was Paramor, who was simply phenomenal - I'd go see her independently in a heartbeat. Miley didn't show, nor did Mackelmore (who was listed as a headliner). All in all it was very disappointing. Walking through the snow across the locks over the Charles River in the driving snow, however was a blast! The seats STANK. The stage was larger than usual making visibility very very difficult. Seeing the jumbotron was impossible. The acts rarely, if ever, made use of the wings.
Great show - Flo Rida was the best in my opinion. Total disappointment for the kids when Miley pulled a no show. But probably for the best since she has gotten out of control sexually....
The acts that did come were great. The headliner didn't show up and nobody from Kiss 108 came out to let is know.
Everyone knew for a whole week about the storm should had prepared for it was so stupid and immature way the handled it should of told us in person she couldn't make it . Not going to any of the jingle ball anymore
Although the concert was pretty good, we can't get over how horribly Kiss handled Saturday's concert and the Miley situation. Not announcing it until the end, telling us she was there, and not caring that hundreds of teens were left hanging out for rides that weren't scheduled to arrive at least 30 minutes later -- in a huge snowstorm, no less! You clearly knew she wasn't coming earlier that night. What a disgrace! Then to just end the show without an encore of other performers or something else in Miley's place. Heck, you could have Skyped a performance from Miley at the airport and made history. But instead, you clearly didn't care. We've had it with your arrogance and know others feel the same. We are no longer listeners. Grow up, Kiss 108!
I bought my tickets so Miley and when I found out she could not make it I was really frustrated because the one person I wanted to see was not going to perform.
