Kiss 108's Jingle Ball Tickets

For starters the tickets I purchased did not say obstructed or partial view . My daughter and her friends sent me a picture of their view . I was shocked and disappointed. They couldn’t even watch the screen being that they were on the side of the stage . I’ve purchased many tickets from Ticketmaster, I’m disappointed! Then , Lizzo cancelled , another downer ! Lastly , my daughter and her friends ( who have never complained about a concert and they’ve been to many ) said when asked about the concert “ eh , I expected more ... not great “.

The show and the performers were great ! However it was very disappointing that the audience was never told that Lizzo would not be performing. Kiss 108 selfishly kept this information to themselves. Once the audience realized that Lizzo was not performing the audience started filtering out of the Garden. It seems that Lizzo was a huge draw for a lot of people and they deserved better from Kiss 108.

Even though Lizzo called in sick with the flu and they were extremely disappointed they had a blast

It was a fun show but wish the artists each sang a song or two extra after Lizzo cancelled. It was a great show though - just a little short.

Lizzo canceled and she was the main reason I bought tickets to see the show with my daughter. Quite the disappointment. The show was organized and the other artists were great.

This was my first concert ever! I went for Niall because I’ve been a fan of him for 8 years. Then of course, I also love 5SOS so I was so happy I’d get to see them all at the same time. Charlie Puth was amazing as well and I just loved that I was able to experience them all in my first concert. I also found new music to love with Halsey and Why Don’t We and their performance. It was honestly amazing.

The groups that performed were good but we bought tickets to see Lizzo and at the last min she backed out. I understand performers get sick but my girls and the other girls we were with were let down.

Good concert, disappointed Lizzo cancelled last minute. I understand flu but then concert wasn't as long and we pay good money for these.

The show itself wasn't too bad. What was disappointing was that Lizzo cancelled and was the sole reason for coming to the concert. We were told that we would receive something to make up for that. There wasn't a replacement act, not even a mention of her not being at the show - no acknowledgment - nothing. Also those who did perform could have had a longer set yet it didn't mean like they did that either which resulted in the show ending what seemed over an hour early. Jingle Balls have usually run roughly around 4 hours in the past. This show was more like 2. Such a disappointment.

Very disappointed that Lizzo canceled less than three hours before the show. I flew out from Vegas specifically to see her perform. I guess stardom has hit where she can pull this off with no ramifications. I did like the format of I-heart. The rest of the performers gave it their all and it was a great show otherwise

Disappointing... Not worth the money at all. It was an extremely short concert. Including all the ads it lasts only for 2.5 hours. The most famous singer among the lineup was Lizzo and she did not show up. There was no substitute nor iHeartRadio managed something to happen to compensate for her absence.

The lineup was outstanding, so of course the performances were incredible (especially Niall Horan)! Also, I had many interactions with staff members who were wonderful. Such kind and helpful people!

Lizzo dropped out last minute and they did not acknowledge it at all.

Overall such a fun show! Bought our seats the day of the show and they were great. We were sad to hear the news Lizzo had the flu and couldn’t perform. But the five other artists were awesome! Mainly went to see Why Don’t We because I love them but actually really enjoyed the whole show. The show was a bit short with each performer only singing about 5 songs each. For the price we paid I wish it was a little longer. Kiss 108 JingleBall hosted a great show and I loved every performer that was there!

So sad that Lizzo canceled the show 3 hours prior to the show due to the flu. I and my friends only knew it in the middle of the show when the screen played the upcoming next artist without Lizzo. I am surprised that no host said anything about this and the show ended abruptly. Overall it was great but I think Kiss can do a bit better on this kind of last-minute cancelation.

Easy to get into after one ride around the block thank goodness for GPS . did the paid parking at North Station great decision it was perfect. Seats were good and all the artists were amazing. Of course a bit dissapointed that Lizzo got sick and was a no show but it happens and hope she feels better soon. End of concert I was to my car and back on the Pike within 10 mins that was amazing! My first time to TD Garden and I will be back

I have been to jingle balls in the past and I have to say, this one was extremely weak both in the line up of the performers and the show itself. all the performers were to much alike in terms of music that they played that created a very lack luster venue. I have attended previous shows and was on my feet most of the time. this one, not so much. the cast from the local radio station were not really on top of their game filling space between acts either. they seemed not full of energy and lacked enthusiasm. did not really get the crowd pumped up. bummer cause I like some of them. and to top this review off, lizzo apparently canceled at the last minute due to illness. no one mentioned it during the show. I found out from an usher at the garden. very disappointed in this lack of communication. I will defiantly review the line up next year and look into going elsewhere like new York or somewhere else. I totally felt like I wasted my money. hope Iheart radio does better next year.

Concert was okay. Really disappointed that Lizzo had to cancel, but no one at the venue told us. I get it-there could have been some chaos if it was announced. But she was THE performer my group of six came to see. Lighting was wonky during the Why Don’t We set, a little too dark. And the drums and bass were WAY TOO LOUD during the Five Seconds of Summer set. On the positive side, Charlie Puth was absolutely fantastic!! He and Niall Horan were both witty, personable, and sounded amazing.

The only reason we got tickets for jingle balls was for Lizzo and she didn't end up going. Not happy!

Sound was absolutely awful, stage design tiny and cramped., Worst of all they played commercials in between each set that were just as loud as the concert itself. Nothing like hearing a Dunkin commercial as loud as a jet plane.... This was honestly the biggest waste of money I have ever experienced. I left early I couldn’t take it anymore. I would like my money back.
