  • Amazing Band!

    by Jcmax37 on 7/11/24Brooklyn Bowl Nashville - NashvilleRating: 5 out of 5

King's X is simply amazing. I first saw them back in the 1990s and I was excited to see them again. They were great the first time I saw them and are still fantastic! The venue needs work-- don't sell upgraded, more expensive tickets when there isn't room for everyone with a ticket. We did not get to be in the sections we paid extra for and we weren't the only ones who experienced the same thing. I would never recommend anyone bothering to pay extra for the upstairs location at this venue. It feels like there should be a rule against how they did these tickets.

  • Best band many have never heard of

    by Yert1969 on 6/22/24Brooklyn Bowl Nashville - NashvilleRating: 5 out of 5

I've seen King's X many times including five stops on their most recent tour. Don't miss your opportunity to see one of the greatest bands in history.

Loved it! Great time! Cool venue! General Admission is best for Rock Shows.

  • Unforgettable

by PrintMaster on 6/19/24Brooklyn Bowl Nashville - NashvilleRating: 4 out of 5

This show was truly special, especially when they let the crowd sing the last song, because the crowd was actually IN TUNE, kind of made me think they had practiced!! There was a good mix of new and old material, just enough to please all the fans present.

  • Great bands Great venue

    by Bwelchkeys5 on 6/19/24Brooklyn Bowl Nashville - NashvilleRating: 5 out of 5

I’ve seen Kings X twice before at 328 Perfirmance Hall. The venue no longer exists. This was my first time at Brooklyn Bowl very nice venue excellent staff and pretty pricey drinks. I guess that’s to be expected in Nashville these days. The opening act was great. All original well crafted songs. A three piece where all the players were exceptional. The guitar player was no exception however as a lead vocalist he was not up to the caliber of the band. Add a lead vocal and you’ve got quite a band there. Kings X, for me, is legendary. One of those bands that when you hear them you know exactly who it is. I was so excited to hear those beloved songs that have been a part of my life for nearly 30 years performed by the guys who created them. They did not disappoint. Jerry Gasgill is a phenom on the drums Ty Tabor brought it and Doug Pinnick is easily one of the best voices in Rock n Roll. I had a great time. Thanks for coming to Nashville…..again.

by Berga on 6/18/24Buckhead Theatre - AtlantaRating: 5 out of 5

Awesome to experience such a legendary band is such an intimate setting. Opening band Sound&Shape delivered the goods and proved worthy to be on the bill with King’s X! Excellent night to experience the power of live music!!

  • King's X was amazing!

by ettsn on 6/18/24Buckhead Theatre - AtlantaRating: 5 out of 5

Often referred to as your favorite band's favorite band, King's X are truly amazing. Gifted players, incredibly personable and engaging, you genuinely feel like you're hanging out with some old friends whenever you go see them. The crowd is a like a large family, always welcoming new friends. If you've never seen KX, go. You won't be disappointed.

  • Go see these guys!

by Old Rocker on 4/25/24Rating: 5 out of 5

Well, unfortunately they are not playing near me and I am a little disappointed. But if have never seen them, you should. I have seen them at least 10 times and they have never let me down. Ty is one of the greatest underrated guitar players in rock and roll! And Doug is just a freak bass player and singer and of Jerry is one of the most solid drummers.

  • Praise Him For Whom All Blessings Flow...

by Jack on 3/14/24Tally Ho Theater - LeesburgRating: 5 out of 5

Because all creatures here below were blessed with glorious hymnody from the First Church of Rock and Roll formerly known as the Tally Ho. Stupendous performance from the maestros of rock: Dug, Ty, and Jerry.

King's X are supporting a new album on this tour and put on an excellent live show! Great musicianship with no recorded backing tracks. The setlist is diverse with popular songs & deep cuts. Go see this show!

  • Most unrecognized rock band in history.

by Tron on 3/12/24Tally Ho Theater - LeesburgRating: 5 out of 5

I've been following them for the last 25 years and enjoy everything they have put out. Highway recommended.

  • Bummer

by Chuck on 3/12/24Tally Ho Theater - LeesburgRating: 1 out of 5

Have seen them several times back in the day. Just went through the options, played way too many new meaningless songs. Bad show. It's tough when your heros finally become human.

  • Bad Venue

by Wil on 3/12/24Tally Ho Theater - LeesburgRating: 2 out of 5

The Tally Ho redefines what VIP means. Their VIP section is approximately THIRTY rows from the stage. While sitting in what other venues call "The Cheap Seats"ticket holders still paid a premium for stools harder than Superman's chest that were unassigned. If that wasn't bad enough, an opening act to the opening act, that was not scheduled to be on the venue, played for a solid hour. Vinnie Moore, who I was there to see was reduced to playing five songs. His performance was great and he generously did free meet and greets at his merch booth. I didn't stick around for King's X as I had only driven four hours to the show to see Vinnie. Vinnie was great, venue was horrible.

  • King's X Forever

by Prof Shawn on 3/11/24XL Live - HarrisburgRating: 5 out of 5

As a professor of music industry and history, I can truly say that King's X is one of the most underrated (and important) bands of all time. More people need to know this.

by DeGrave on 8/7/23Rating: 5 out of 5

Truly wonderful church of rock experience Kings X are the best, can't wait to see them again. The sing along at the end brought me to cheers of joy and you could tell the band were touched as well !

  • Kings X heals what ails you!

    by Dogman68 on 8/7/23Rating: 5 out of 5

I have loved this band in a special way since their release of Out of the Silent Planet and have never missed an opportunity to see them. They are an exceptional trio of incredible musicians, who also message very positive and spiritual messages in their lyrics. They not only blow my mind every show with their musicianship, but they uplift me in ways no other hard rock band has. Still on top of their game, still writing awesome and meaningful music and still the underrated Kings of the power trio!!!
