    WHAT HAPPENED? BORING.

    by 007Umpfgirl on 6/12/18The Forum - Inglewood

Saw Macklemore at the Wiltern last year (VIP) which prompted me to purchase VIP at this show. Where to begin? HUGE fan of Macklemore. Love his music with Ryan and the solo tour. Love it all~! He only played for an hour and in that time felt it okay to throw hot dogs, bring people up on stage and have a dance off. I came for the music and if you are only going to play for a VERY short time give us THE MUSIC~! Then he made a really weird comment about the Forum being an old ass building. I'm not 20 but I'm not 100~! I thought being able to play at a venue like that was a honor. Kinda made you go "Wow." His dancers looked exhausted and were dancing in old workout clothes. It's the forum....spice it up. The time between him and Kesha was a total joke. We started yawning, the crowd starting yelling. So boring. Then she comes out with dancers dressed like the Colonel from Kentucky Fried Chicken. She's so stuffed into her spanx she can barely move. Lip sinking, wearing a knee brace. Took FOREVER for her costume change. Madonna rocks it at her age like a boss and this girl is 31 and could barely perform. Weird vibe, nobody really dancing....WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY~! It's obvious something is going on because there are a ton of tickets still available at his upcoming venue at the Mattress Theater. I can honestly say I would never spend the money to see just him again. Emailed his publicist Carrie Tolles wanting to share our horrible experience but what kind of response are you going to get from someone who has "Taking care of business baby~!" on their Linkedin account. Give me a break. Where are all the grown ups??? MACKELMORE....YOU WERE A MAJOR PART OF THE SOUNDTRACK OF MY LIFE AND NOW I'M JUST SAD~!!! So sad.

    Mackelmore was great

    by TiredofWaiting2 on 6/11/18The Forum - Inglewood

Waited for Keesha to get on stage... one hour and twenty minutes later we gave up and left. Who knows if the woman ever sang that night.

    Great Show!

    by melissa1234568910 on 6/11/18The Forum - Inglewood

Had a blast, the show was awesome! Wish the set change between Macklemore and Kesha wasn't so long, took over an hour. Sure this will speed up though since it was only the second show of the tour.

    Kesha spaceship has not landed...

    by rooster69 on 6/11/18The Forum - Inglewood

The concert started at 720 with a terrible opener....Macklemore then came on late but he was good..he got the crowd up and happy... then came the 90 min wait for Kesha ...the crowd was so bored they started a cell phone light dance off and then the wave all chanting for Kesha but nothing ...then Kesha came on in her spaceship doing a swear fest ...f this and that. Kesha at no time said she was sorry for being late and for the long wait( way to go Kesha for treating your fans like trash). Kesha then speed though her songs and when she spoke Kesha slurred her words became she was drunk.. so sad that Kesha has such a great voice but such a train wreck as a person . Our family left early and we were not along the parking lot was full of people walking out early..very very upset fans. Even the staff were apologizing to everyone who was leaving.. I will never spend one more dime on Kesha. She lost a lot of fans tonight...I hope she can get help in her space ship and turn her life around...

    Mind. Blown.

    by jwmi77er on 6/11/18The Forum - Inglewood

This is probably the best concert experience of my life, and my first time at The Forum. Macklemore brought the energy (AND CALLED MY BOYFRIEND ON STAGE!!!) and Kesha slayed, they both sounded so good. 10/10 would see again

Such a great concert in a beautiful venue. Everything is so clean and easy to find. The concert itself was great too! I would definitely come back!

    Macklemore is absolutely amazing

by HelloAm on 6/11/18The Forum - Inglewood

I was expecting Kesha to be the opening act, she is a great singer, but there was something very weird about her performance, I Think can improve a lot if she is the opening act. Macklemore show is way better, more entertaining, full of energy, the visuals, The Guy raps and dance! Macklemore left the crown wanting more and prepared for Kesha but she was super late, she literally sang couple of songs, I had great expectations of Kesha but went flat, lots of people left during her set. I recommend to see Macklemore!

    Macklemore

by Mauiwoman on 6/11/18The Forum - Inglewood

I liked Macklemore before the concert but after seeing him perform I’m obsessed. His energy and stage presence is contagious. If he was playing the next night in LA I would have seen him again. Huge fan!!

Needs some work. Maclemore is amazing though

by ArizonaKicks on 6/11/18Ak-Chin Pavilion - Phoenix

The venue is unbelievably outdated. It took over an hour to change the sets between performers. Why not share some of the same stage? Not a Kesha fan, but she sounded good. Maclemore as always was amazing, but when you don't get started until after 10, how long are you going to be able to perform.

Macklemore Awesome - KESHA - Not

by CoachBanana on 6/11/18The Forum - Inglewood

Venue was great with the exception of parking. Getting there early is a must. Macklemore was EPIC!! But one hour to change the set for Kesha lost all energy in The room. She didn’t go on until 10:30pm and my daughter was falling asleep even with how loud it was. I think the co-headlining was a BUST!

    Great show

by Rllrgrl on 6/11/18The Forum - Inglewood

They were both amazing. Only thing is that they need to figure out the set change. They took too long in between but it was well worth the wait

    Waiting

by Shumaker on 6/11/18The Forum - Inglewood

Opening act came on and was very mediocre. A rapper from LA not sure what his name was. When he finished we waited in silence for about 40 minutes until Macklemore came on and totally crushed it. He was amazing. However, we then sat in silence again for about an hour and a half for Kesha to come on and she was terrible. Very trashy, cussed a lot, 10 minute costume changes between every song, it was bad.

Macklemore was amazing! There was almost an hour & a half wait to set up for Kesha-way too long :(

One performance was great and one not so much

    by Hobiecat009 on 6/11/18The Forum - Inglewood

Macklemore brought energy and playfulness to the show. It made sense and the crowd ate it up. Kesha on the other hand, was completely out of sync. All songs except for the 3 sung over by a backing track were live and it was obvious that was the emphasis of this tour, there’s a band now and not just a DJ. The band played every song about 4-8 beats faster than the original tracks and Kesha sung with them at that pace. It made for a rapid fire song show with 5 minute intervals of all of the band doing costume changes (3-4 times, extremely excessive). It’s okay to sweat on stage, the rhythm of the music and the long breaks made for a really long boring show.

    Macklemore was unforgettable

    by Eileen1977 on 6/11/18The Forum - Inglewood

I wasn’t expecting such a fun filled show Macklemore had the entire crowd singing and dancing to every song front the beginning to end from the main floor to the last row I am so glad I purchased these tickets it was a memorable show even during the very long intermission we waited for Kesha over a hour the crowd did the wave and nvr got bored

    OMG THE ENERGY!!!

by prettygal on 6/10/18Ak-Chin Pavilion - Phoenix

Macklemore was so amazing. He doesn't stop and that is so great. The music is up beat and makes you want to dance all night long. He engages with the crowd and love the small venue atmosphere. His stage is so fun also. Kesha was really good too, she also engaged the crowd and her fans love her. My top 3 of concerts was this one, hopefully I can do it again!!!
