    Too Bad

by Anonymous on 9/15/12HP Pavilion - San Jose

What a disappointment! Much to my surprise that my anticipated evening with the Fierce 5 was really an unorganized kid's dance party. I was especially turned off by the baby Huey act...twice.

    not much gymnastics

by CherylESD on 9/14/12Valley View - San Diego

What a disappointment! Not much as far as gymnastics - which is why we paid the high ticket price. The entertainment between the acts was AWFUL - I cringed each time the act came on. The only part I liked was the male gymnast - they performed more then the women and it was nice to see in person how strong they are. Would NEVER go again.

    Waste of time

by Anonymous on 9/11/12HP Pavillion - San Jose

Completely agree with the previous review. Our five year old daughter was incredibly excited to see the olympic gymnastic team (which were heavily promoted in the ads and even in the program for the show). What we got instead was lots of mediocre dancing, a gymnast dressed as a baby wetting his diaper, and very little actual gymnastics by the actual olympic team. Besides one floor routine from Ally, it wasn't even clear when the rest of the team was performing, due to the dim lighting and lack of any announcements. Overall, it was an incredibly disappointing show.

    Not What I Expected

by Momofgymkid on 9/10/12Citizen's Business Arena - Ontario

I paid the high ticket price with the expectation that I was going to see a repeat of the talent seen in London, but it was more like a circus performance. If you want to see a group of dancers put on a show, this is for you. If you want to see the Fab 5 show-off their skills, there was a modest amount to see. The U.S. Men's Gymnastics team did a great job! But when it came to the Fab 5, you really could never tell if they were on stage. There usually was a big crowd of performers on the mat. When there was tumbling or gymnastics going on, it wasn't usually by the Fab 5. When the five were performing, it would have helped if the announcer would have said their name. It was hard to see who was who in the arena. And there was a bunch of filler time with a clown act that was OK-funny but not what I paid the ticket price for. At the end, the Fab 5 somehow turned into the Fab 3. I don't know what happened to the other two. Also, most of the numbers were too sexy for the 8-10 year old audience and their moms.

    Very disappointing

by rrk12 on 9/9/12Hp pavilion - San Jose

I loved watching gymnastics at the Olympics. This show tries to be entertaining but is an odd combination of poor humor and sexy dance routines. Hardly the role models for all the kids in the audience who want to be star athletes. Seems only to be about looking attractive and fame. The tickets were quite expensive, plus $20 to park. Had to fight the crowds to get in and out of the HP pavilion. Would not go to anything like this again.
