    Fish out of Water

    by EAM6 on 11/16/16TD Garden - Boston

The athletes were terrific, but the program was a little disappointing. Loud music connecting unrelated elements. I had great seats (row 6), but it is hard for a live performance to compete with what you can see when it is on TV. The real issue for me was perhaps my own ignorance; I'd had no idea this was basically a performance for hundreds of young aspiring gymnasts. I was pretty much surrounded on all sides and felt like a fish out of water. Plus I had to put my hands over my ears when these young girls were encouraged to scream their loudest to get handouts of socks and t-shirts. Don't mistake me, I'm delighted these girls got the chance to see their heroes and heroines. I just wished I hadn't paid a lot of money to sit in the middle of them.

Fan, but not of the show

    by Mommyto2x on 11/16/16TD Garden - Boston

This was awful. We were in the lower area of the upper section, and yet our seats had a fair amount of obstructed viewing! The lighting structure brought in from the tour seemed to be made for shorter amphitheaters, and the large screen was almost completely obstructed. The darkness and loud music were also a strange aspect to this. I know it's a performance, but it was not a great design, and the kids were a bit scared by the disorientation of being in the dark most of the show. I have been in the Boston Garden for many other things, but the concessions were also poorly run, with almost gridlock everytime we left our seats. Another thing that doesn't mix well with small children.

it was ok. I wouldn't run back to see it again. Small arena and they didn't do full routines. It was little "snippets" of approx. 30 - 60 seconds. They did 40 minutes, took a twenty minute break then came back & did approx. another 40 minutes. Really wanted to see Laurie Hernandez & she wasn't there.

Security was rude, Autograph session not nice

by Mnag on 11/15/16Webster Bank Arena - Bridgeport

The security guards continually blocked our second row, VIP view that we paid a lot of money for. Then again during the autograph session, it was a factory line with security guards yelling at people, and the girls not even allowed to speak to the gymnasts, only to get the autograph and move on to the next. Not only a rip off, but my 11 year old gymnast came home heartbroken.

good for gymnastics lovers but not Olympic fans

by Anonymous on 11/15/16Webster Bank Arena - Bridgeport

If you went to see the Olympians, their role is pretty limited. It is mostly a gymnastics show and for that it is overpriced. But still fun...

    Kellogg's Tour of Gymnastics

by Anonymous on 11/15/16Webster Bank Arena - Bridgeport

Show was awesome. My 6 year old granddaughter loved it, along with the adults in our group. One issue, the line for purchase of t-shirts, program was too long to wait it, during intermission and after the show. So I was told by one of the guards to order on line. You can imagine my disappointment when I went on line and there were no kids t-shirts left. I was able to get the program, but wanted a special t-shirt as I had promised my granddaughter.

Final (3 of) Five plus Lots More!

by IceMomNyc on 11/15/16Webster Bank Arena - Bridgeport

We were smiling big throughout the Kellogg's tour, and loved seeing the talented & charming men work the crowd, nastia's gorgeous dancing, simone's kickass floor routine, high fiving sweet sweet Shawn, meeting her fav gymnast Madison who made her day, and the beautiful rhythmic and acro routines. Thanks to everyone involved for putting together such a memorable show for us to see all this talent in person after watching the Olympics!

This was a fun and exciting way to see all of these amazing gymnasts perform unbelievable routines. They had so much fun which in turn made us enjoy it even more.

    Rhythmic night with gymnastics

    by Beth457 on 11/14/16Prudential Center - Newark

Rhythmic seems to be the primary focus of this performance. Geared towards the kids and families, it would be recommended for those. Disappointed in the minimal appearance and performance of the actual gymnastics team members. Very heavy on rhythmic gymnasts. Although there was a great performance by the trampoline duo. It was a fun night, but I wouldn't go again.

    Not that impressed

by ObsessedWithAdele on 11/14/16Prudential Center - Newark

The event is a celebration of their success at the Olympics and has a bit of a circus feel. Since they are not competing, the gymnastics is simple and there is dancing, neon lights and colorful activewear. Many in the audience were young girls, and they probably didn't mind this. I went in with realistic expectations having read Ticketmaster reviews and purchased cheaper seats, but without screens in the arenas it is harder to discern who is doing what. I recommend buying seats in the middle and not all the way in the back. I don't think it was a good enough show to spend enough to be up front, but it would have been better if I could see more. If you are interested in the event because you want to see how good our gymnasts are in person, I recommend watching the American Cup or the Olympic Trials live instead.

    Entertaining Show

by Ronjj on 11/14/16Prudential Center - Newark

. There was enough gymnastic activity as well as theatrical showmanship to make this a worthwhile and very entertaining event.

for the price of the ticket, this event was quite disappointing. There were no cameras to see anything up close on the big screens for those who spend ~80/ticket but were still in the top levels of the auditorium. None of the gymnasts were properly introduced, nor was there any "interview" portion. There was also not much "gymnastics" rather a bunch of gymnasts dancing. If you want to see gymnastics make sure to go to a true competition and not this type of event. It was catered to young girls who wants to see pretty lights.

    Recommend purchasing standard tickets.

by ChaelSonnenRules on 11/14/16Verizon Center - Washington

I accidentally purchased VIP seats. When tickets came on sale, I bought front row seats, having no idea that they were VIP tickets until I got the email before the show with VIP instructions (the tickets didn't indicate VIP). The VIP experience is, however, lacking. Before the show, VIP ticketholders attend a Q&A session with gymnasts that wasn't even a Q&A. Basically, a few gymnasts come out, sit down, and are interviewed by another gymnast. There is no one with a microphone for audience members to ask questions. Then, after the show, VIP ticketholders get to go to a special autograph signing location, but that's not even needed because right after the show the gymnasts run to the audience and sign autographs for free to anyone on the spot! So, other than a good seat, there really is no point to the VIP in my opinion. The show itself was very good, although a few of the gymnasts seemed disinterested. We have to remember that these are athletes and not professional entertainers. And understanding that, they did a great job.

    Excellent Show

by DPHHH on 11/14/16Verizon Center - Washington

I thoroughly enjoyed the show. Purchased the tickets to see Simone Biles. She did not disappoint. Extraordinary performer. Other gymnasts were also good.. Unable to reserve handicap parking space for this event at the center. I paid $30 for terrible parking experience at the Verizon Center.

    Kellogg's tour of champions?

    by Gymmom2003 on 11/14/16Prudential Center - Newark

The show was really great! It was a real show and my 8year old gymnast was entertained the entire time. The "chalk talk" beforehand is an "intimate gathering" of about a thousand people not worth the time or money. Nastia moderates it and it's ok. Girls were bored in 5 minutes. Autograph session is so quick, you barely get to say hello to gymnasts who are exhausted. Ally Raisman won me over as being the most sincere and nicest there. She actually realizes how much the girls are dying to see them.

    Amazing show!

by Caseybarb on 11/14/16Prudential Center - Newark

This was an amazing show! Not only did we get to see our current and former olympians but we got to see a well produced very fun show. Great athletes who looked like they were having fun.
