Pioneering the New Jack Swing style fusing electro-hip-hop production and contemporary urban R&B, Harlem, New Yorkās Keith Sweat became one of the most popular R&B/soul producers, singers and songwriters of the late ā80s and ā90s. Only knock would be the time it took to get a drink. If it takes me 30 min to get a drink during a 2 hour show I feel like I missed a lot. I missed 1/4 of the show to be exact.
Overall the concert was great. I was pleased to see that there were additional artist added to the venue that we did not know about and they were all very good. Keith Sweat was great also and he admitted he was not feeling that well and he still sounded good. The sound system at the Venue was a little too loud for me but we enjoyed the concert.
I love the performances from Next and Keith Sweat. This was a phenomenal show. I would recommend everyone to go see this show.
My second time attending a show at the Venue. I love that there are attendants every which way you turn. They were so helpful with finding out seats, bars and bathrooms. Restrooms were very clean as well. I lost count how many times I went back and forth to use them. There were lots of bars in the auditorium so there weren't any crazy lines to get a drink. All the employees were super helpful and nice!
The concert was great, but they need to put the artists on the screens so that you can see them better and the screens need to be on the sides not the middle because you cannot see the show if someone is standing up in the seat in front of you. The Illusions theater used to do this, but stopped for some reason.
Keith Sweat never disappoint seen him some many times and it's never boring. I wish they would have given him more time but great overall.
Every time I see KEITH SWEAT he is always AWESOME he NEVER lets me down!!! KEITH SWEAT FAN 4 EVER!!!
I was very disappointed in Keith Sweat's performance as he clearly was not up to the task that night. I'm not sure what was going on with him but it was so bad we wound up leaving early! His voice did not sound good at all. As far as I was concerned, After 7 should have received top billing for that concert as they were the best performers of all and sounded amazing. Montell Jordan was awesome, too, along with All-for-One.
Wasn't a fan of Keith Sweat's or Next's performances. The music either drowned out their singing or their arrogant attitude made their performance intolerable. I wouldn't see them again.
Thunder Valley Venue is Awesome. I had great seats. Next time I will be seated on the floor for closer view and to party with the wild crowd
Every performance was excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Loved everything about it. I'm a keith sweat fan and this was my first time seeing him and I can't wait to see him again.
It was very nice me and my wife had so much fun abd we party on the floor to all the songs
Always a great performance we always love to see Keith sweat
I was soooo excited to finally see Keith Sweat in concert for him to walk on stage looking high, barely preforming. Just a huge disappointment, waste of my money & time.
Good time had fun nice show i would go back My first time at the Venue i really like it
It was a very good show. Keith Sweat is one of my favorite to see live. He never a disappointment. The dancers are very good. His female artist has a beautiful voice. I hope that they come back soon. To San Antonio Tx.
The Venue is the best place for live concerts not 1 bad seat in the house.
Let me start by saying I LOVE Keith Sweat! But this concert is not what I was expecting. A group of friends got together for what we were expecting would be a fun night out but this was honestly the worst concert weāve ever been to! Every opening band was one hit wonders. Keith Sweat was obviously drunk on stage, and even opened the show by saying āI just took 2 Benadryls before coming on stage (it was already 10pm) so donāt go on the internet saying I was drunk.ā We ended up leaving early. I think itās time Keith retires from performing. Save your money and skip his concert!
