Julien Baker is a rockstar, a legend. I have seen her live 4 times and I still can’t wrap my head around how insanely talented she is. She sings with such raw emotions. Her songs are incredibly healing as well. Can’t wait to see her shows in PNW.

I couldn't go to the show, so i submitted my tickets back to TM in order for them to legally re-sell my tix and possibly recoup some of my loss. I undestand there's no guarantee on resale, but there's one problem: the show was supposedly sold out, and yet I never heard back from TM, and I didn't get any form of reimbursement. Next time this happens, I'll re-sell the tix on my own and either get my FULL reimbursement or maube even make a profit because obviously attempting to do the RIGHT thing still gets you nothing from Ticketmaster.

This was my first show since before the pandemic, and it was perfect. The performance was amazing, as expected. And the staff at The Beacon were particularly kind.
Julien Baker was amazing!!! I also really enjoyed her opening band Lucy Davis was amazing too. Really enjoyed the venue as well.
Julien Baker was beyond what I had imagined. I started listening to her just a few months ago when I had one of the most stressful and depressing moments in my life and I discovered her on Pandora and she became someone who’s lyrics and songs I just related to right off the bat. Her opening act, Lucy Dacus was also very good and I downloaded some of her stuff after the show. Julien has got a great range and although a lot of people in the crowd knew she seemed to be struggling with something in her personal life she didn’t let it stop her from putting on a fantastic show and singing her heart out.
I showed up to the venue 10 minutes before Julien Baker came out. I bought tickets for balcony seating but was able to find an empty seat on the main floor, close to the stage. Julien played a lot of her catalogue and reinvents each song for a live setting. I was beyond moved and inspired by her performance. Highly recommend catching her show!
I've always enjoyed her music and videos but hearing her voice live was incomparable. Amazing. Only caveat was the two warm up acts. I almost always find those taxing and I did in this case as well.
An eclectic and diverse audience was treated to the unique and powerful reveal of Julien's inner sanctum expressed though the beauty of her vocals and her mastery of her instruments.
She's an amazing and uber-talented performer that I could watch sing for hours and hours.
I've seen Julien live twice now, and it is a magical experience. The question shouldn't be, 'Have you seen Julien Baker live?' - it should be 'Why HAVEN'T you seen her live yet?'
The opening acts really tried hard despite the lower billing. Everyone was very good, but Julien Baker seemed a bit more pensive that she normally seems though most of the sets I have seen of her online. Her performance was great but she tried stretching her voice a but to much on the longer powerful notes. She is good enough to not need that "polish". Her songs are for me not about polish but about being able to tap the place they come from even when that time is gone. Felt genuinely bad for her when the crowd faded a bit when a tiny woman barely 21 power vomited in the back and killed the crowd for a good half of her set. Very few can overcome...."my god did she hit me, am I standing in it?" in a crowd.
Her voice was amazing! Bigger than life. Go see her

I can not recommend Julien Baker enough. This girl is an absolute powerhouse and somehow, incredibly, sounds even better live. If you have a chance to see her live, definitely take it.
