It was amazing! Such a good vibration from the crowd. My ticket showed assigned seats but the concert was standing with some seats available on a first come first served basis. It was not necessary since everybody was dancing and singing together just as a real pagode is. I loved it!!!

    AWESOME

The show was AWESOME! the theater is very nice. It could have prepared a little bit more with more bartenders to service the people. The tickets said 7pm opening but we waited for a good 40 min outside in the middle of Times Square. Jorge Aragao is a great musician, his band was great too. Started out with some old school samba and then sang a little bit of everything. Great carisma! PLEASE COME BACK SOON! We LOVE YOU!

    Another Brazilian musical Legend alive

by Hmga on 8/27/11Best Buy Theater - New York

Mr. Aragao is a real star on stage. With is charisma and his powerful presence, Mr. Aragao was able to gather emotions from the audience and make a wonderful time of music for all. He definitely connected with all age ranges that were attending this concert. Aragao made of his version of "Ave Maria" a kind of tacit intermission where all the jumpers and dancers suddenly entered into a peaceful moment. This was an interval to remind each one that new composers are skilled to connect with those ones that didn't have the technology of this era. Mr. Aragao made his best and he made all feel even better. The venue is easy to handle, however it is interesting that they don't sell mineral water. Mr. Aragao should be invited to give a concert in a place like Zankel Hall where the sound can be managed better.
