Loved it! The venue was intimate so view lines were great. Music was rocking! John Waite was into the music and sounded wonderful. The guys in the band were tight. Loved it. Would definitely go again.

John Waite performance defies his age. His impressive catalog and stage presence outdid my expectations. I would definitely see him again.

  • He's still got it!

by KimH on 1/28/25L'Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge - Baton RougeRating: 4 out of 5

John's voice still sounds great, and he and his band put on an upbeat and very entertaining show. Loved seeing him at L'Auberge Casino, Baton Rouge. Always enjoy the smaller, more intimate experience. Definitely worth the money and time to see John Waite!

  • Felt like I was back in the 80's

by Rhonda Rue on 1/28/25L'Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge - Baton RougeRating: 5 out of 5

John Waite was such a talent with hit after hit. At my age I loved the hour & half concert. I wish more concerts were like this. I am still thinking about that night and watching my friend's videos because I am terrible at recording things. Not sure if I will ever get to see him again but I sure hope I do!!!!

  • Awesome concert.

  • Music venue

by Irishman on 11/18/24Andiamo Celebrity Showroom - WarrenRating: 5 out of 5

John Waite sounded great. Only complaint not one song was like the album. Was hard to sing to when he dragged out verses and left some out. The service at Andiamos was horrible. ordered food at 630 we recieved it when the show started after 8. No silverware. Beer was $8 fir a 12oz coors lt. ee had to walk up to the bar because our server never brought the drinks back. positive about the venue great sound.

  • John Waite Still Sounds Great

by Chris on 10/8/24Chrome Showroom at Santa Fe Station Hotel & Casino - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

This is a perfect little venue. I can understand why most acts won't play here, because it's so small, but I hope others will come. John Waite sounded better than ever. I had a great time.

  • FANTASTIC ARTIST!!

by Suz91362 on 10/8/24Chrome Showroom at Santa Fe Station Hotel & Casino - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

John Waite is as awesome today as he was in the 80's!! His voice is as pure as it every was, and he was personable w the audience. The intimate venue at Santa Fe casino added to the experience. Overall, it was a FANTASTIC evening!!

  • Wonderful show Bluegate Theater 2/2/24

by Toni on 6/18/24Rating: 5 out of 5

This is the third time I have seen John Waite in the past year. All the shows were great and Johns voice sounds just like it did in the 80s. His band is awesome as well. He had a new lead guitar guy who didn’t miss a beat. Did the meet and great and John couldn’t have been nicer and signed my albums and took individual pictures with each guest. Evan though the Bluegate is a 2 hour drive it as become one of my favorite venues. The Acoustics are great and there isn’t a bad seat in the house. So Richard Marx there last year who also put on a great show.

  • John Waite

by Brewcrew7 on 6/11/24Sweetwater Performance Pavilion - Fort WayneRating: 4 out of 5

At 71, John Waite sounds as good as ever. I go to a lot of shows and Waite was impressive. The back up singer was a little weak, though his playing was better than average. Saving Back On My Feet Again for near the end, the crowd loved it! He finished the show with Whole Lotta Love from Zeppelin and his vocals were spot on. A little disappointed that he didn't sing Isn't It Time. The venue was great and the food trucks were adequately priced. Definitely a place I would visit again.

  • John Wait is fantastic

by Rash on 6/11/24Sweetwater Performance Pavilion - Fort WayneRating: 5 out of 5

He played an hour and a half and didn't even scratch his catalog

  • Waite May Change, But His Music Is Timeless

by Always Change on 6/10/24Sweetwater Performance Pavilion - Fort WayneRating: 5 out of 5

After seeing John Waite somewhere around 12 times in the past 2 years, he is Changing for the better each time. Every song from his vast library is still perfect, as if Time Stood Still. Every Time I Think Of You rocks just as solid now as it did in the late '70's. The band is solid, having fun and playing strong with each set. As many shows as I have seen, the set list is different, and always includes an unexpected gem. May John Waite play on for many more years to come!

  • overall good time

by Rickateer on 6/10/24Sweetwater Performance Pavilion - Fort WayneRating: 3 out of 5

He still sounded as good as he did back then. It was a little windy at the pavilion, but, overall it was a good time.

  • A great concert experience

by Guitarhead on 6/10/24Sweetwater Performance Pavilion - Fort WayneRating: 5 out of 5

John Waite still has it at almost 72 years of age. He played all the hits and a couple deep cuts and even threw Whole Lotta Love in for good measure. His band is really good as well. The Sweetwater Pavilion is a great venue to see a concert in, highly recommended.

  • Still sounds great!

by Heathering on 6/10/24Sweetwater Performance Pavilion - Fort WayneRating: 5 out of 5

Sweetwater was a great place to see a live show, John Waite sounded amazing After all these years and still put on a good show!

  • Delightful

by Wiz on 6/10/24Sweetwater Performance Pavilion - Fort WayneRating: 4 out of 5

John puts on a delightful performance, the Soundsystem was awesome, and the venue very easy to access an exit.

  • How Does HE STILL SOUND SO GOOD !

by MK on 6/10/24Sweetwater Performance Pavilion - Fort WayneRating: 5 out of 5

John is a wonderful performer and his band was fantastic and energetic. John interacts in a personal way with his audience and this must be one of his motivations to keep performing! Just wish the show was a little longer.
