  • I took my three kids!

by Amy on 12/4/23The Santander Arena - ReadingRating: 5 out of 5

Me and my family of 5 enjoyed John Mulaney very much. My daughters - age 16, 12 and 12 - became obsessed with him over the past almost 2 years. They were ridiculously excited to see him in person. The opening act was very funny and well done. John's act was great. I was expecting new material, not what we had seen on his specials, and that's exactly what he gave us. Every once in. While he would kinda stop/reset/new story. I don't mind this asni believe its part of his creative process. We were in the 7th row and there was a gal in the 3rd or 4th row who was overserved. I wish security would have sat her down as it was very distracting. Over all amazing time with John!!

  • John is back baby!

    by Cr19610 on 12/4/23The Santander Arena - ReadingRating: 5 out of 5

Mulaney was way too dark in his last special but this new material is incredible and insanely funny. He has rebalanced the dark stuff appropriately in this refreshing new “old” moment from the comedian. Good job. Well worth the wait to get into the venue as well, which was looong but not his fault…. Go see this!

  • Great time at John Mulaney in Reading, Pa

by kemj on 12/4/23The Santander Arena - ReadingRating: 5 out of 5

My daughter and I had a great night out! The show was hilarious! John’s warm-up act was great also! John Mulaney had me laughing harder than I have in a long time!

  • Great show, poor venue

by John Mulaney, Santander on 12/4/23The Santander Arena - ReadingRating: 3 out of 5

John Mulaney was fabulous. No complaints there. He is just hilarious. Santander arena is not well run, however. It was a Yondr event and it took a long time to get pouch unlocked…long lines, not enough unlocking devices. Chairs for floor seating highly uncomfortable. We were made to leave our umbrellas in a bin when we arrived and when we went to retrieve them they were covered in garbage. Staff had left bin out where people thought it was a trash can. Umbrellas had to be dug for and were covered in drinks and food. Just awful. It will take a lot to get us back to Santander.

  • I laughed so hard I cried

This show was SO FUNNY. I literally still think about the jokes and laugh heartily.

  • Five Stars for Mulaney but Zero for the Venue

by Mike Granby on 12/4/23The Santander Arena - ReadingRating: 5 out of 5

As usual, Mulaney was hilarious, with great material, perfect timing, and a charming stage presence. Could not ask for more. Even the material I had heard before had a fresh spin, and had me laughing out loud. I would heartily recommend him to anyone. The Santander Arena, however, were entirely unprepared for the longer entrance times that the use of the Yondr phone pouches would produce. Many people thus missed the opener, and some missed a significant part of John's set. Entirely unacceptable.

  • Excellent

by KT on 12/4/23The Santander Arena - ReadingRating: 5 out of 5

Great show. Would have wished the venue specified that smart watches would be locked away as well.

  • Always a great show.

by Chris on 12/4/23The Santander Arena - ReadingRating: 5 out of 5

John, thanks for the great show. On the other hand, BOOOOOO for the Santander Center. Their new policy of "locking"cell phones was VERY POORLY implemented. The line was so long that people were still getting to their seats after John started. First, you need to advertise you're locking cell phones in huge letters, multiple times and at every stage of ticket purchase. On night of the show, you must open earlier, increase staff or both. We were not aware of the policy but fortunately got there early. These tickets were EXPENSIVE! The Santander Center is responsible that ticket holders get to their seat BEFORE the show starts.

  • Funny

He's kinda whiny, but super funny. I laughed the whole time. His opening act was very funny too.

  • Great show, terrible venue

by Hazy on 12/4/23The Santander Arena - ReadingRating: 4 out of 5

John Mulaney was hilarious and excellent as usual! You can tell he's still working through the transitions between stories (they are seamless in his specials) and I'm excited to see how the turn up once he records a special. I'm rating the performance 4 because the venue really sucks. The Mulaney team does not allow cell phones in the shows (totally get it). The venue put the silenced phones and smart watches in a pouch you could keep and they open it for you after the show. However, to be able to allow that to happen, they were opening only one door on each entrance and it was a huge bottleneck. We missed the opening act and like 10 mins of the show because of this. The parking situation is also terrible and another huge bottleneck. John Mulaney, next time please, pretty please come to Philadelphia instead of Reading. Sooo many good venues that are much better organized than the Santander Arena in Reading.

  • Hilarious!

by Liv on 12/4/23The Santander Arena - ReadingRating: 5 out of 5

John is a natural on the stage and absolutely hilarious. Had us gasping for air the whole time!

  • Extremely funny

by Ken on 12/4/23The Santander Arena - ReadingRating: 4 out of 5

John Mulaney was great. I was laughing all the time. A great storyteller. The venue was good and entry was smooth. The only negative comment I have is that his opener comic was not particularly family oriented and so it was an odd match for people who came based on the John’s comedy

  • FINALLY!!!

by Justin N on 11/21/23Macon City Auditorium - MaconRating: 5 out of 5

My wife and I have been waiting FOREVER to see John Mulaney live, and it finally lined up to where he’d be in Georgia on a weekend we had free! It was everything we hoped it would be and more. The venue was really nice! The space was big enough to where it didn’t feel clustered, but also not so big that we felt too far away. We were in row Q and still felt somewhat close. I know some people were probably annoyed by it, but I actually understood and appreciated the locked-up phone policy. It made it so everyone could just stay in the moment with no interruptions, and no risk of a phone going off in the middle of it. We got there early the parking was actually pretty simple and convenient, thanks to us reading the email beforehand about parking, phone and bag policies, etc. Literally the only thing I could maybe say I was a little disappointed about was that there was no merchandise to purchase, as I would’ve loved a shirt of some kind. But it really wasn’t a big deal, as I’m not even sure if he has official shirts or anything. Overall, fantastic time getting to see him and the other two comedians as well! One of the best things I’ve seen in a while!

  • Baby J doesn't disappoint!

by Deb on 11/20/23Township Auditorium - ColumbiaRating: 5 out of 5

Aside from the cramped seating at Township auditorium, it was a great show. We love Mulaney's humor!

  • Great building, great show!

by JCat on 11/20/23Township Auditorium - ColumbiaRating: 5 out of 5

John Mulaney at Township Auditorium was great! Smallish venue without a bad seat in the house. Did not even know this place existed but it has been here a long time. My aunt literally saw the Temptations here decades ago! Such a treat to see Mulaney work his magic in this space.
