My husband and I went with a couple from church, since it was advertised "all ages show" - we had a great time, and laughed like crazy most of the show - but I was really surprised at some of the repeat content with sex themes and the "F"bomb dropped. I know the foodbank was a great cause and we're glad we went, but I saw a few parents nearby with children that were thrown for a loop from what they were hearing. I wouldn't suggest advertisting this show as All Ages!
This guy is so funny there is going to be no stopping him. Rumors of him taking over as a host of a show should be followed. This guy is going places.
John Mulaney was hilarious. Had us laughing almost the entire time. See him if you get a chance!
The opening acts were great; the venue was excellent and well run; and Mulaney was in very good form.
Awesome. Mulaney was in prime form. Nothing negative - too short!!
This was the best comedy show I have ever been to! :D Opener, host, and John himself- AMAZING!
Mulaney was so funny, so sharp, so insightful--he made us laugh so hard we were crying.
Great show, the opening MC was a bit weird but the second guy was awesome and John Mulaney was very funny. Had a great time and for a solid price.
John Mulaney is a beast. The opening and featured acts were also really good. It was nonstop laughter.
John Mulaney is a AWESOME show! I've listened to a fair amount of his material and his show was ALL new stuff. The whole audience laughed non-stop and Cobb's Comedy Club took care of us. Great time!
by far the best comedy show i've been to, he had everybody in the crowd crying laughing.
He was so funny, it literally hurt to laugh. He really is brilliant. He had a great attitude, original jokes, and amazing timing.
Went in with high expectations and was not disappointed. My seats weren't bad, but had I arrived earlier they would have been better. John Mulaney is a fantastic comedian and storyteller. Cobb's Comedy Club is a great venue for a show.
Awesome show! It was Hbo comedy quality. He was nonstop hilarious.
John Mulaney is smart, quick witted, and relatable. He's really one of the best comics out there today, and you need to go see him if you get the chance.
This was one of the best shows I've ever been to. The opener was great and Mulaney killed it. I was disappointed that the show was moved to The Wilbur because the seats are so uncomfortable and they pack us in too tightly. Plus, I like a smaller venue for the intimacy with the performer. But luckily, I was seated on the aisle so I could stretch my legs. This would get five stars if it had been at Johnny D's.
Great show start to finish. He is just as talented as many of the bigger names charging three times as much as him. Definitely worth going to if you have the opportunity.
