A multi-faceted performer and Emmy Award winner, John Leguizamo has established a career that defies categorization. With boundless and visceral creativity, his work in film, theatre, television, and literature covers a variety of genres, continually threatening to create a few of its own.
In March, Leguizamo debuted his 5th HBO solo special, Ghetto Klown, which follows in the unabashed, uncensored, and uninhibited tradition of Leguizamo’s Mambo Mouth, Spic-O-Rama, Freak, and Sexaholix… a Love Story.
In 2013, Leguizamo starred in Fugly, opposite Rosie Perez and Rhada Mitchell, which he also wrote and produced. Fugly follows Leguizamo’s character, a New York comedian, whose near death experience forces him to make difficult life choices.

His show was great. He was on stage for about 2 and a half hours and it was nothing but funny. He interacted with the crowd. I would go again if he came back.
We had 4th row and the 2 rows ahead of us had some empty seats so our view was awesome. He started a few minutes late but still 2 sets of people came in 15 minutes and 30 minutes late which he worked into the show. Many times it was as if he was looking down and speaking directly to us. He was non-stop dancing, humor, stories and sharing with a slide show set up on 2 screens. it was well worth the $34 tickets and then some. Would go se him again!
My stomache still hurts from laughing so hard. I expected to hear some stuff I have already heard, I brought my son and daughter and told them there probably won't be too much new stuff. Was I ever wrong. It was new and fresh, and the best yet. I have always loved his stuff but it gets better every time! The best part about John is that he is naturally funny. He doesn't have to use cuss words to try to be funny like many others out there. If he cusses it is just part of how he is talking, he didn't write it in for a laugh.
John Lequizamo put on an excellent show. It was intimate, up close, personal, and HILARIOUS! I have seen FREAK and SEXAHOLIC in the city,,,,, and this show keeps up with his themes. After all those movies, he can still deliver a great show. Many other A list actors should follow suit and not forget where they came from....... Thanks John!
John's latest story line of his career adventures is a little dry at times but makes up for it at other times. I'd definitely see john again, but a different show. Cut back on the latin karaoke and emphasis what made him successful - the serious and the slapstick. It was a pleasure to see this talented actor/comedian in person.
John Lequizamo is as funny as he was on his television show "House of Buggin" which is now " Mad TV". He took us through a journey of his career making us laugh at every stop. I would see him again and recommend it to anyone who likes to laugh.
John Leguizamo charted his life through pictures, songs, and jokes. The voices of some of the most inspiring and unforgettable people in his life were absolutely hilarious. A must see if you like the "Latin King of Comedy."
