First time for each band and I certainly was not disappointed.
CCR was a favorite in the past - and the music never died - like the guitar playing of ZZ Top, was great to listen to music from the past & more recent. The entire process was smooth, from getting the tickets, parking, finding our seats and exiting the parking area. Great entertainment for the evening!
Great sound, both bands sounded awesome! We love the new seating areas and beverage station inside the seating area. Also liked that the smokers were separated from the rest of us. Kudos on lowering the water prices and the fans with misters!!
John Fogarty was great, loved his portion of the show. Zz Top was not so great. Seats are too level, hard for audience to see.
John Fogerty can still sing like he is 20 years old. He played lead guitar on almost every song and sounded fantastic. ZZ Top started a touch slow but found the groove pretty quickly and played through the heat. The new Treasure Island amphitheater was good. The lines to get into the gate were too long, but the new permanent seats were fine and the beer and toilet lines were sufficient.
ZZ Top and John Fogerty put on an amazing show. Treasure Island is a great place to see entertainers.
Good concert. ZZ Top was a bit off first part of their show, got better as the concert went on.
I've been to over 500 concerts in the past 40 years. And, I've seen John Fogerty 6 times approx. Sundays show in MN was off the charts amazing. Might have pulled in my "top ten" all time, out of 500 shows. Fogerty's always one of the best acts/shows touring. But this years MN gig,was the best show I've seen him put on (even though all have been excellent). The sound engineer/system gets an A++++. Amazing sound mix for such a big open space.
Saw John Fogerty both times he was in NJ during this recent tour. Always puts on a great show. Sounds just like he did in the 60's with CCR. And except for the parking, which is a little high, the BB& T Pavilion is a great venue to see a show.
Loved the music. Loved the outdoor area with permanent seating. I rate the experience 4 stars.
A lot of energy for a 90* night! I enjoyed Fogerty interacting with his sons. ZZ Top has some great licks. My complaints are with the long lines to enter because of tight security. I paid good $$ for VIP and think there should have been a separate entrance set up.
Opening act was short, but forgetable. Fogerty exceeded all expectations; high energy. ZZ Top disappointed. Very long - and I think - unnecessary delays between groups.
Fogerty was awesome. Glad I was able to see him. ZZ Top was good... but the guitar volume was so high, that you couldn't hear them singing.
The music was excellent. Both groups did a fantastic job. Highly disappointed in the security process. It needs to be fixed. No organization---just a mob of people.
Even thought it was hotter then..best concert great venue
John fogarty did a great show. ZZ Top is always great. Can’t go wrong with this music. Parking lot really sucked. Sat for over an hour to get out after the concert
If you have never seen John Fogerty in concert go before he hangs it up, if you already seen him I don’t have to tell you to see him again. (Great Show) ZZ Top on the other hand not so great, Billy Gibbons can’t sing anymore voice is almost gone and 60 minute show that was decent the last 4 songs. Fogerty 5 stars ZZ Top 1-1/2 stars....
I really enjoyed John fogerty. He was fantastic. ZZ Top pretty just played like a bunch of old men. Would not go to see ZZ Top again
Out of 0 out of 10, 10 being the best, I give the show a solid 8.
John Fogherty put in a great show ... almost 2 hours! ZZ Top disappointed—off key, played less than 45 minutes.
