The concert was Great!! Enjoyed both of them. Chante took her voice to indescribable heights. Sounded like an angel. Joe rocked the house and put me in a feel good mood. All and all enjoyed it immensely!

Wish the show was in Los Angeles but other than the long drive to Riverside Joe and Chante were incredible! Would see them both again in a heart beat!

  • Joe is great

by Yimmi on 1/15/12B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

Joe's performance was so great. He's an extremely gifted artist and he puts his all in his craft. He engages his audience and makes each and every lady feel like he's singing directly to her. I can't wait to see him perform again and I'm looking forward to his new album. BB King Blues Club is great as far as the fact that you are so close to the performer but the seating is pretty uncomfortable unless you have enough ppl in your party and can be seated at a booth. The table seating is so terribly uncomfortable. They sit too many people on top of each other. The food is tasty but nothing to write home about and the service leaves a little to be desired. It just gets too crowded and busy for the wait staff to be able to get back to all customers in a reasonable time span.

  • Joe is the truth!!!

by GodofThunder1969 on 1/12/12B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

Joe is a fantastic and heavly underrated R&B/Soul performer! Easily in the same company as Brian McKnight,Maxwell,Gerald LeVert(rip),Johnny Gill, Raphael Siddiq and others of his generation. Every song he did was off the chain! A give-it-all-you-got performance from the word "GO"! If you are a lover of R&B/Soul,don't miss his next showing where ever it is.

  • Great show!

by Dysko on 1/11/12B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New YorkRating: 4 out of 5

The show was great! Joe is an amazing performer and an awesome singer! I didnt like the fact that it was standing room though. It was too mellow a show to have to stand through.

  • Dave Hollister and Joe

by JboogieC on 1/11/12Music Hall At Fair Park - DallasRating: 2 out of 5

Performers took way too long to get on stage, very untimely. The sound system was horrible and the screen was awful. I was ready to go before the artist got on stage but all in all I was satisfied with the selections of songs by Dave Hollister and Joe.

There are no words to explain, the performance. Joe is one of the best. Have been a fan since 1993. I had the Time of My Life. I Love me some Joe.

  • JOE is wonderful!

by PattyB471 on 1/10/12B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New YorkRating: 4 out of 5

Joe is a great R&B power house singer who has yet to reach the levels he deserve. The Venue was okay. I did not like that it was a first come first serve venue and the seating was extremely tight. Thank God I am not a big person or it would have made for an ultra uncomfortable evening. I clearly had NO elbow room(not even an inch). It is unnecessary to pack people in that manner to make a buck. Back to Joe, he took me down memory lane with his many hits that he was able to deliver so well. "Sing to me!"

  • The Show Was Good, Venue Was Horrible

by 1stLadyJones on 1/10/12B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New YorkRating: 4 out of 5

This was my first live and "upclose" experience and I expected it to be more than what I received. The actual show was very nice. Joe performed all of his hits!!! B.B. King Blues Club and Grill on the other hand needs some improvement. First & Foremost, the venue did not have coat check and it was 20 degrees outside, which everyone walking around with their coats. There is limited seating so if your not there three hours before showtime you are left to stand for the entire show...with your coat if you are wearing one. The food was absolutely horrible!!! We spent $60 on 2 appitizers & 1 drink. The wait staff was unprofessional.

  • Good first show for 2012!

by kiadf on 1/10/12B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New YorkRating: 3 out of 5

Had a good time! Nice hearing some of his older songs from back in the day. Music was a bit overpowering for his voice on the first few songs but as the concert when on, they seemed to tone it down and you could actually hear and enjoy his vocals. BB Kings is the perfect venue for an artist like Joe who really does shine in a more intimate setting. Although we didn't have a table, we still had a good vantage point and I was able to see the entire stage. His backup band was really good and jammed all the way to the end, even after he left the stage.

  • FANTABULOUS SHOW!!!!!

by Queen831 on 1/10/12B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

JOE'S PERFORMANCE AT BB KING WAS AWESOME!!! THAT CHOCOLATE BROTHER CAN SING. HE SANG A LOT OF HIS OLD HITS (FROM THE '90'S), WHICH WAS GREAT, BUT I WISH HE COULD HAVE DONE SOME OF THE NEW STUFF ALSO. HE WAS ON STAGE FOR 1 1/2 HOURS SO WE GOT OUR MONEY'S WORTH AND THEN SOME. WOULD DEFINITELY GO SEE HIM AGAIN. OVERALL THE SHOW WAS GREAT....I HAD A BALL!!!!

  • Excellent

  • David Hollister and Joe was a terribe concert

by Denice39 on 1/7/12Music Hall At Fair Park - DallasRating: 1 out of 5

Both artist sang from a track and there was only a dj and no band or background singers. The track skipped while Joe was singing. The price of the ticket was high and I expected better. The sound and the lighting was BAD!

  • Disappointed Fan

by Redgold on 1/5/12Music Hall At Fair Park - DallasRating: 1 out of 5

The concert was schedule to start at 8:00pm it didn't get started to 9:00pm. The opening acts should have not been apart of the concert. It was a waste of time. By time the headliners appeared everyone was restless and ready to go. Dave Hollister and Joe performed to the best of their abilities with the poor sound quality. I paid $194.50 for tickets to this concert to only have people from less expensive seats come up and stand in the asile blocking everyone view. I think the ushers should have made them sit down in their assigned seating. It could have been a potential hazard. With all those people piled up in the asiles. I'm sure other concerts are not conducted this way at Fair Park Music Hall.
