Country music just wouldn't be the same without Jo Dee Messina's spunky collection of hits and trademark red hair. Her catchy country tunes have dominated the charts since the '90s, and they're even more compelling live. A Massachusetts native, Jo Dee Messina started out singing in local clubs with her siblings, eventually attracting the attention of Curb Records and moving to Nashville. Her solo career kicked off in 1996 with her widely successful self-titled debut, which reached No. 5 on the Billboard Top Heatseekers chart and produced two Top Ten singles. I'm Alright followed two years later and generated significant buzz with three No. 1 hits, ultimately going double platinum in the US. Since then, she's collaborated with Tim McGraw, toured with legends George Strait and The Judds, and sold over five million albums. With the desire to truly connect her fans to her music, Messina launched a Kickstarter campaign to support her 2014 album, reaching her goal in just 30 days due to her extremely dedicated fan base. Jo Dee Messina will treat audiences to her classics as well as new material from her fifth studio album Me on a string of upcoming shows.

The venue was nice. We had great seats. The sound was so loud the music was distorted at times. Jo D was great but again couldn't Hear her sing because the music was too loud. When your seat vibrates, it’s time to turn it down a couple of notches.
The best concert I have been to! Not only great music but also an inspirational and unforgettable night! She is an amazing woman!
I recommend Jo Dee Messina. Very entertaining and an excellent evening.
This was an enjoyable show I like the smaller venue so every seat is pretty neat the stage. She did s great show. Talked a little too much at one point about the bible ... But that's ok it's her passion.
This was an amazing show in an intimate setting at the Gala Showroom at Cactus Pete's Resort and Casino. What a powerful voice. She sang all her familiar songs plus a lot more. I would go see her again!
Jo Dee was amazing live. She has the voice of an angel and I would listen to anything she sang. She also made me cry multiple times not only when she sang but also when she was telling her stories.
Jo Dee Messina is one talented individual who sang her heart out at this show. She sang many hits and mixed in some beautiful gospel music. So, many special moments that were unique to this show. The acoustics in the Carolina theater are fantastic and since it is a quaint setting, the seats are great! Unfortunately, since the show was rescheduled from July to October, the theater was barely half full. This event should have been better advertised for the October date and at the very least have sold empty seats through Groupon at the last minute to let people know about it. My only complaint is that alot of people missed out on Jo Dee's wonderful performance. She was even gracious enough to come out and sign autographs at the end. Lovely, kind person!

The best live performance I have seen!!! Her voice is pure and sounds like it did years ago! She was awesome and cannot wait to see her again!
Wonderful show, well worth the trip from LA. She has not lost touch with her audiance and still shows she has fun with performing. Having the chance to meet her after the show to sign autographs was an extra special bonus. We also enjoyed her co-performers for the night, Jessica Lynn and Nikki Sparks and her special guest performer Terry Nunn from the group Berlin. We will not want to miss any future shows.
We had not seen JoDee for several years. I think before she started her family. She was great then, and she is still a POWER HOUSE of a performer today. Her band is as steady as ever. Though this last show was not as long nor as flashy as the previous shows we had enjoyed, JoDee was great performing some of her new songs as well as her number #1 hits from her previous albums.
JoDee put on another outstanding show filled with her amazing music along with some humor and inspiration. I could have listened to her sing all night. This was our first visit to The Cave and we will certainly be back. It is a fun venue with great sound in a beautiful setting.
Country and western fine. If Messina did not want kids, she didn't have to joke about it . the whine/whine tape sucked. and that ended my stay at her show?
was a great concert by both of these talented performers. just wish the seats would have been better.... there were bars and wires to keep people from falling over that really blocked the view of the stage where our seats were, I wish they would have told us that it was an obstructed view before purchasing these seats....very unhappy about this
Jodee has some new music, that's very good. Thank god the six women behind me didn't know the words to it. They sang every song.
Mark Chestnutt was a little hard to hear at times because the band seemed very loud, but he had a FANTASTIC band and very talented. Overall great, but not a lot of interaction with the crowd. Sounded great live. Jo Dee Messina was very interactive with the crowd. Her voice was perfect, clear, easy to hear and sounds like it does on a CD. The real deal.Super sweet and great artist!
I took two friends with me to the concert. One wasn't even a Jo Dee fan, but she is now! Loved her voice and all the old songs but her new songs were surprisingly good! If they don't both go top 10 I'll be shocked! This woman is primed for a comeback!!!!!
not a great concert - Jo Dee looked terrible - sang terrible. Noisy crowd - they wanted to sing and drown out the singers. Mark was good - Nothing special about the entire show. Very disappointed

Jo Dee's new album "Me" is my current favorite album to listen to. So many great songs, but I really identify with song "Me", which she did at her show. Brought tears to my eyes. She did her old hits as well as this new album. This is the second time I have seen her in concert. So glad she is making music again. I missed her.
