They were terrific from start to finish. High energy Southern Beach Music, perfect for the Taft Theater.

This was a loud, fun, stand-up, sing along jam! Everybody on stage looked like they were having the best time!

Great show ... JJ Grey totally involves the audience. His band is tight and I believe they enjoy playing together. The length of the show was just right and the mixture of older music and the newest album were excellent. I never have been disappointed by JJ Grey & Mofro.

This is our 43rd JJ Grey and Mofro show and the bands sound is tighter than ever. Ol'Glory is quite introspective and JJ did a tremendous job of presenting the depth of the new songs inter-twined with sensational versions of his best prior work. He has ascended to our favorite artist, period.

JJ Grey is a showman and Mofro makes for high energy show.

This was my first time seeing JJ and I am very impressed! He was very entertaining! Very engaging with the audience. Extremely talented group of guys! I definitely recommend this show!

JJ Grey & Mofro played their hearts out and had fun doing it - watching the band interact through their jam interludes, seeing them appreciate one anothers' solos; it was tremendous.

Amazing show. Marc Broussard and JJ Grey were great.

For pete's sake - I love live music and it needs to be loud sure, but that was absurd - I couldn't hear instruments, couldn't make out any subtlety in singing - Broussard in particular was just this high pitch distorted screech. Absurdly loud and counterproductive. I'm not against loud but that was not fun. Terminal 5 - come on.

JJ Grey & Mofro NEVER disappoint! Terminal 5 is a unique, great venue to see a show in too.

JJ Grey and Mofro - 5 stars back up bands - 4 stars Terminal 5 - 2 stars JJ Grey & Mofro are excellent! This was my first time seeing them and I was not disappointed. They get 5 stars without a doubt! The reason for the 3 star rating is twofold. The opening acts were good but took a bit too long, at least for a standing only venue. The second reason was the sound system. It really wasn't good. I was in the balcony directly across the room from the stage and everything sounded muffled and a little distorted.

Mofro is an entirely enjoyable experience! They put their smiles/hearts into their craft...and I seldom see such an appreciative audience. Tru

Playing larger venues now but still a rocking good time. Still early in the year but I'm confident saying it'll go down as one of the years best.

What can I say that I haven't said about these bands before!? I discovered Thomas Wynn and the Believers when they opened up for JJ Grey and Mofro about 2 years ago, and I've been a believer ever since. The harmony between Thomas and his sister, Olivia, are awesome and not often heard in rock-n-roll. The band would not be complete without the remaining band members, David on bass, Ryan on drums, and of course, Chris on his amazing harmonicas! I don't think I have ever enjoyed harmonica playing that much until I saw Chris play. As far as JJ Grey and Mofro goes, kudos to you guys for playing for almost 3 hours. It was a great show as always and I can't wait for the new CD to come out. I love it when they bring out the folks from the other bands to join at the end of the show. I will keep following these bands around and seeing them play as much as much as I can.

The concert was amazing. Which I knew, it wold be. Having seen JJ Grey & Mofro several times in the past, that was not too difficult to presume. The House of Blues in Orlando is a great venue and the place was packed. The evening started with 2 opening bands at 9pm, which were pretty good, although not great. Mofro hit the stage at around 11:15pm, which was quite late, but they've put on a great show that lasted till almost 2am. They've stopped for a few minutes to celebrate the New Year at midnight (with some of the band member's families in attendance), which was pretty cool too. There was champagne and confetti everywhere. During the show, they've played a lot of their big hits and even a new song that will be on their upcoming album. They've also did a lot of extended versions of their songs and improvised jam sessions. At the end, the opening band's guitar and harmonica players came on stage and together with Mofro, did a thunderous, bluesy jam session which was just out of this world. Overall, it was a fantastic night, a great way to kick off 2015!!

This was our first visit to this venue. We liked it but the sound system wasn't sharpe, seemed like the speakers were a little blown out. But we liked it besides that, we're happy to have a small venue to go to in the area, we always missed the "CareFree" theater years back to see our favorite old bands.

JJ Grey w/ Mofro, southern style rock doesn't get any better! The effort they put into their shows is incredible, you van feel the energy and down home soul! This is the fourth show I have been to in south Florida and I was impressed, go see them!!

My girlfriend and I truly enjoyed the show and the venue. Great smaller room with dedicated fans. JJ Gray's voice was perfect! He and his band obviously like each other and are very talented musicians. One of the best shows I've attended, he's a great entertainer.
