    JJ and the crew always puts on a good show and this was no exception! He was very much connected with the audience and truly seemed grateful to be performing for us. And on top of that, they were freaking amazing!! Venue was pretty cool too, outdoors right in downtown Cincinnati. One of the best concerts Ive seen in a long time (since we saw him last year!).

    To say that JJ Grey sings from the bottom of his soul is an understatement. I have now seen him 5 times and he is never a disappointment. The time that he took to explain to the crowd how much singing means to him is special, but also evident from that first note and the big smile that he gets. It's rare to see a performer exude such happiness from being on stage and his band shares in the same sentiments. If you love soulful music, he will not disappoint. The venue was great as well, it's a new outdoor venue at the Hard Rock Casino. My only complaint is that they should offer liquor to the General Attendee section (currently just canned cocktails/beer/seltzers) without having to go out of the venue back into the casino, buy your drink, and then stand in line all over again to get back into the outdoor venue.

    This is the second time seeing JJ Grey & Mofro. h He definitely did not disappoint the group! The sound was amazing for an outdoor concert. Can not wait for him to return to Cincinnati!
