Jim Messina Tickets

After going to concerts of aging artists lately, it is a surprise when the artist plays the songs you love and the way you remember them rather than a mashup of loved favorites because they are bored with performing the same thing the same way for ages. Jim understands it's about the fans pleasure more than his own. (Although he looked like he was enjoying himself) He has put together a most delightful and talented group to back him up which made the concert even more enjoyable. We were thrilled with the evening and would like to thank Jim and all the musicians for their performance. Stay happy and healthy as you are today.

I guess I'm channeling my parents, but the concert was great but.. too loud. Loud enough I'm shopping for noise reducing earplugs.

Amazing concert—so glad we 3 girls went! Jim was great and the band was outstanding! It was well worth our money. Our only complaint was the bar service. It was fast to get in the doors with new security measures, but took forever to get through the ONE food and drink area. I’m not sure why they didn’t open the other bar.

Correction on my first review. Opening band did not start till 7:45. Want to know their names they were great

The concert and back up duo were great. I have been trying to acquire the names of the backup duo and can’t find them listed anywhere. Concert was advertised as doors open at 6pm concert starts at 7pm. Backup band did not begin till almost 7:45pm. Jim Messina did not begin his concert till almost 8:40pm. Audience was getting restless..

Small venue with fantastic seats. I’ve been a fan since the Buffalo Springfield days. Such a unique guitar player. It was unbelievable to be able to watch up close. It was amazing they could recreate all the hits with just 5 musicians. It was a great night. I wish I could’ve stayed for the Q&A.

A wonderful experience. The room was a great intimate setting and Jim Messina sounded as good as I have ever heard him. The band was terrific

Show was excellent. Sound as well. Unfortunately my wife and I were seated behind a HUGE ceiling speaker. Unable to see performance. ( Balcony Table B). Been to the Vogel a number of times. Hopefully I’ll be able to see the stage if I return.😤

I always wanted to see Jim Messina, but never had the opportunity until the other night. Needless to say, Jim and his band did not disappoint. Jim and his band played their hearts out and left it all on the stage. While I have attended a number of shows at the main performace center at the Count Basie Theater in Red Bank, NJ, I never saw a show at the center's much smaller venue, Vogle. I can't tell you what a treat that was to see a show with a music ledgend, like Jim Messina, in an intimate setting. I've been to many concerts in my day, but this show left a memorable impression on me. It was an awesome show with an extremely talented and gifted musician, Jim Messina and his equally talented and gifted band.

His voice was crisp and strong Staff was very attentive Seating was great

I've been waiting a long time for Jim Messina to come to this area. The April 1st show was worth it. Love the set up and atmosphere that is Ludlow Garage. The sound, the lighting, and configuration of the stage were great. My late husband was a huge fan of Poco and Buffalo Springfield, and both of us of were always Loggins and Messina fans. As a young, married couple we saw them in concert at NKU I believe in 1974. It was awesome (don' t know how we afforded the 4th row center seats). I know he was enjoying the show too Saturday night with me. There was such a feeling of intimacy with the band members and all the familiar tunes. Taking the time for the q and a session at the end of the show was interesting and appreciated so much. Thank you Jim Messina for a great evening! Don' t stay away too long.

Fantastic, played all the hits and his band was fantastic. He shared personal experiences after the show for an hour with the crowd.

This was one of the best concerts that we have ever been too. He really put on one hell of a show. Will be seeing him again, if he comes back to this venue.

Jim Messina is a phenomenal musician and his band was so perfect, the mixing of the sound and speakers made the concert as great as anyone could hope. His voice was so clear and strong, and his playing was something you only get with years of experience. What a wonderful time, worth every penny!

Great show......Jim Messina was great ...but....the saxophone player stole the show....he was outstanding

This show was even better than I had hoped for. As a long time fan of Jim Messina, I jumped on these tickets with hopes that he could still perform well. Actually he exceeded my expectations as he played two great sets with an outstanding band. He even played two encores and then came out for a very personal Q&A session for those of us who remained. Overall the entire night was a great experience. Thanks Jim!!

Jim Messina still has it everyone. What a great show. He does sing all of his hits.
