Jim Gaffigan is a seven-time Grammy nominated comedian, actor, writer, producer, two-time New York Times best-selling author, three-time Emmy winning top touring performer, and multi-platinum-selling recording artist. A top ten comedian according to Forbes' 2019 comedy list and top ten earning comedian in Pollstar's 2022 list, Jim released his 9th stand-up special, Comedy Monster, on Netflix December 2021 which was nominated for a Grammy. He was also recently awarded for being the first comedian to reach one billion streams on Pandora. Gaffigan will release his 10th comedy special, Dark Pale, this year, an unprecedented achievement for the comedian/actor.
Gaffigan can currently be seen as the lead in the well-reviewed Sci-Fi dramedy, Linoleum, and stars as Mr. Smee in Disney's Peter Pan and Wendy, opposite Jude Law and Yara Shahidi. He will also co-star Jerry Seinfeld, Melissa McCarthy, James Marsden, and Hugh Grant in Netflix's Unfrosted, and co-stars in Susie Searches which premiered at TIFF last year and will hit theaters July 28th. Gaffigan joined the cast of HBO Max's Full Circle, a limited series from Steve Soderbergh and Ed Solomon which follows an investigation into a botched kidnapping connecting multiple characters and cultures in present day NY. Full Circle will premiere July 13th.
Gaffigan was also recently heard in Disney/Pixar's highly anticipated animated film, Luca, opposite Jacob Tremblay and Maya Rudolph.
On the silver screen, his many credits include Three Kings, Super Troopers 1 & 2, and Chappaquiddick. 2019 was Gaffigan's biggest year to date with an astonishing eight films releasing, three which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival including Troop Zero with Viola Davis and Alison Janney, Them That Follow and Light From Light - with many festival goers and press calling Gaffigan the "King of Sundance."
Gaffigan also had two films recently in which he debuted as the lead. The comedic film Being Frank, and American Dreamer, a dark thriller which was the grand finale of 2019 for Jim and features him as a ride share driver who moonlights as a private driver for a drug dealer.
Gaffigan can also currently be seen opposite Ethan Hawke in IFC Films Tesla, as well as opposite Josh Hartnett in Saban Films' Most Wanted.
In addition to two seasons of the critically acclaimed semi-autobiographical The Jim Gaffigan Show, which he wrote and produced with his wife Jeannie, and his widely popular stand-up comedy specials, Gaffigan has guest starred on many television comedies and dramas, ranging from Portlandia and Bob's Burgers to the HBO cult hits Flight of the Concords to dramatic roles in Law & Order.
Gaffigan regularly does humorous commentaries on CBS Sunday Morning for which he has won 3 Emmys. In 2018 Jim served as master of ceremony at The Al Smith Memorial dinner. In 2015, Gaffigan had the great honor of performing for Pope Francis and over 1 million festival attendees at the Festival of Families in Philadelphia.
Gaffigan and his wife currently live in Manhattan with their five loud and expensive children.
Absolutely disappointed! Jim stayed about 20 feet back from the front of stage the whole show. His show was only 59 minutes long and honestly, Ended it with a half funny joke that brought a small applause & said thank you.. walking off stage quickly. We paid $368 from ticketmaster for our front section seats. Not worth what we experienced at all. Again, very Disappointed. T.L.
I love Jim. He’s so funny and talks about all the funny stuff . He stays current and relatable.
Great show! Our 13yo and 14yo also enjoyed it. Kept us laughing the entire time.
Another fun evening with Jim G, laughed my head off many times - wished it would never end. Warm Up act was also really good. Ready already for Jim's next tour!!
Opening act and Jim were Greta just wish it lasted longer. Was about 20 min for opening and 40 for Jim

Was Maybe a 40 minute show with only one opener. Alot of money for such a short duration.
Jim and his opener were amazing! I enjoyed the location in the beautiful Paramount as well!
We've been fans of Jim Gaffigan for many years and have watched his specials over and over again. We were so excited to have the opportunity to see him in person at the Paramount in Seattle (April 2024). The warmup act was great (Ted Alexandro). Jim came on stage about 10 minutes later, and he got a huge applause. Our biggest surprise, which eventually morphed into a complaint, was that he was on stage for barely an hour. Tickets were expensive and the expectation was that it would be at least 90 minute or more. For the most part, Jim was really funny. The early part of the act was the most humorous. Not being parents ourselves, the number of jokes about his children for the last half of the show was tiresome. All in all, we're glad we went to see him. We won't do it again but will continue to be fans and watch his specials.
We thoroughly enjoyed Jim Gaffigan and his opening act! Can't wait to see him again.
The cost of 2 tickets was almost $600 and the total time for Jim Gaffigan on stage was about an hour. Funny but not nearly the value of other shows we've attended and really disappointing to pay so much for such a short set...
What an evening! How much can you laugh during a Jim Gaffigan show? Non-stop. He is such a wonderful entertainer and he's a relatable human. My husband and I took an overnight vacay to see Jim and stay in a beautiful Seattle hotel ... it was delightful. And ... I am now a text friend with Jim (along with millions of others). Can't wait for him to come back to the Paramount.
Have watched Jim on Netflix many times so it was a treat to see him in person. It was as good as expected, the crowd both young and old were into it. Glad we went
Jim was very good but I want to say he was only on stage for 45-50 minutes. The warm up comedian was good, about 15 minutes. If Jim can't stay on longer, I would suggest having another warm up comedian. Lots of money and a whole evening spent for an hour+ of entertainment.
The entire show including warm up comedian was 68 minutes. Jim never really felt like he was into his act. See him before and was a lot better. Not worth the price of tickets and time to get there.
We had a great time. Jim was awesome, as was the opening comedian. Digital tix made it a smooth night.
I adore Jim Gaffigan. I’ll never forget what he and his family gave during the pandemic. He was the first comedian whose show I attended when we re-emerged. This show didn’t meet his usual high bar. Perhaps he is stretched thin with his other projects. I look forward to seeing how he proceeds going forward.
Jim was funny and entertaining. Show was a bit short. The venue should not allow late arrivals. Very distracting when people come late.
