With the release of Jesse McCartney’s new single “Better With You” — his first new music since his well-received 2014 album ‘In Technicolor’ — it’s worth noting that the New York-born singer, songwriter, producer, and actor has had the kind of career that most young artists aspire to. With multiple platinum-selling tracks and a songwriting credit on Leona Lewis’s “Bleeding Love” under his belt, McCartney is ready to introduce his fans to who he is today.
His fans have been waiting almost four years since ‘In Technicolor,’ one of Spin Magazine’s Top Pop Albums of 2014. "It was a transitional time where I just let myself have some space from my career and get some perspective on life, something I really hadn’t had the freedom to do since I was 10. Then, a friend invited me to come to Nashville to do a songwriting camp for other artists,” McCartney recollects. “It triggered a huge surge in creative energy that led me to put this project and team together.” Now that he’s moving, McCartney has no intention of slowing down. He plans to release more music throughout 2018 and bring his dedicated fans along for the ride.
The deliberate attention McCartney pays to his craft is evident in the new songs he is gearing up to release this year, including “Better With You,” which he co-wrote with Brandyn Burnette, Molly Moore, and producer Rob Knox (Justin Timberlake, Rihanna). The acoustic-guitar-driven pop song is more sonically organic than the stylized, ’80s-inspired songs on In Technicolor and McCartney has re-vamped his visuals with art direction by Dewey Saunders (Anderson .Paak, Bridgit Mendler). “It feels fresh to me,” McCartney says. “This is a really strange time,” he says. “Things are contentious. I think a song about finding a safe place with a partner is an uplifting message.”

Jesse McCartney surprised me in his performance like no other! He and his crew got moves and the energy to get a crowd going even after my feet gets sore. SO worth it all! I met one of his dancers, and he was also amazing in person. Dont miss him. He gave such a powerful and great performance!

Jesse McCartney's performance was high energy, fun, original...really enjoyed every minute! Did not know Mark Ballas was the lead in performance, and was blown away that he was a wonderful singer and fantastic guitar player...bonus to the entire evening!!
It has been 10 years since I last saw Jesse McCartney in concert. His new record is great and he sounded fantastic live. The venue in Indianapolis was pretty small but it allowed everyone to literally be in the front row. Jesse should have offered fan's a VIP-Meet and Greet package with this tour, like he did when touring with the Backstreet Boys last year. Other than that - highly recommend the show.
waited ten years to see Jesse and was not dissappointed. Opening acts were no bueno but it was a Jesse Mac concert and overall he delivered more than expected. 10/10 need another Jesse Concert
Jesse McCartney was AMAZING!! He was better live than in his albums. He has a new swag to his vibe and his new album is the best yet! I would see him again live hands down!

The concert was absolutely AWESOME! Jesse put on such a good show and he is so gorgeous and such a great singer and dancer.. Very talented. He is great and I definately reccomend seeing him in concert when ever he comes to town. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME !!!!!!
AMAZING SHOW!!!! I had vip, with a two set sound check, and a q & a it's was worth every penny jesse was amazing and I would defintally want to see him again next year, great show! He definitely made my childhood dream come true!
Jesse Mccartney has been a small obsession of mine for years. He finally played in my hometown so I got the chance to see him. The show was fast paced (minus a few slow songs). The energy in the room was electric. He sang 100% live and sounded great. Will definitely go see him again!!
I've always loved jesse mccartney, ive never been to a concert my whole 20 years that i've been living and he made this night unforgettable for me. I was so close to the stage, he was just amazing. Great live singer too.
I've been listening to him since10 years ago and his sound has really changed and grown up. His voice is smooth and he can really hit those falsettos! It doesn't hurt that he has some dance moves. Just know that it's mostly ladies who went to his Huntington, NY show. We were screaming really loud. Lol.
I may be bias because I LOVE JESSE MCCARTNEY!!! But it really was a great show. I love that he preformed music from his new album, but he played all of the songs that we have come to love and know him for.
I have been listening to Jesse since his first album came out but I had never gotten the chance to see him live until this year and it was worth the wait. This was by far the best concert I've been too and jesse have an outstanding performance. He is the reason why I love music and seeing him performing was far from disappointing. His performance made me love his music even more
I love Jesse McCartney and he was amazing live! The show was awesome, he was so sweet to his fans and his voice is great - no lip synching here! Such a fun concert and a great night!!!
Jesse was amazing and did a fantastic concert. The only downside was the opening acts weren't that great and the venue was terrible. It was so small and cramped that it was hard to see and have a good time. I reccomend seeing Jesse anytime just hopefully next time it will be at a better venue.

Jesse McCartney is amazing! His dancing is so sexy and rhythmic. His voice hasn't changed a bit which is perfect because he has such a distinct and beautiful voice. He engages with the audience very nicely and at the same time you can tell he's deep into the performance. Overall, an amazing performer!
I've been a fan of Jesse for more than 10 years; I've been seeing him live since 2004. I think my first show may have been one of his first solo radio tours. He sounds better than ever on his In Technicolor tour, bringing very strong vocals and a lot of energy. The choreography was a lot of fun too; he has great chemistry with his backup dancers and band. Jesse is great at engaging the audience in a very natural way. His interaction never seems scripted. I loved seeing him accompany himself on the keyboard this time too.
