They were just four guys from Jersey, until they sang their very first note. They had a sound nobody had ever heard... and the radio just couldn't get enough of. But while their harmonies were perfect on stage, off stage it was a very different story — a story that has made them an international sensation all over again.
Go behind the music and inside the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons in the Tony Award®-winning true-life musical phenomenon, JERSEY BOYS. From the streets of New Jersey to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, this is the musical that's just too good to be true.
FEATURING THE LEGENDARY TOP TEN HITS:
"Sherry" • "Big Girls Don't Cry" • "Walk Like A Man" • "Can't Take My Eyes Off You" • "December, 1963 (Oh What A Night)"
Music was excellent!! Loved the story line and the set!
I saw the show about 10 years ago… Give her take. While I enjoyed the show, it just did not have the same feeling as it did many years ago. I don’t know if it was because a change in staff or what. The Frankie Valli voice was great, but some of the others were definitely different than what it was back then. Overall, I had a great time. I would say one of the most disappointing part about the experience was the lack of refreshments. It was a shame they only had candy as snacks to eat. I can understand with Covid and all, but there’s nothing that says they could not have had wrapped sandwiches, etc. I also think it was a bit ridiculous to still require people to wear masks. I personally am not a Covid freak and I’m not going to let this virus run my life. If people are going to be that afraid of the virus, then they need to stay home and not go to a public event.
Beautiful theater and great show. Staff was super helpful and it was easy to find our seats.
I LOVE this show and the music featured from this incredible era in American pop. The cast is talented - and represents really well. The actor portraying Bob Gaudio, in particular, has an incredible voice. That said, this production has a really paired back orchestra and the thinner arrangement really brings down the energy of the show... detracting from the experience. A couple more pieces would make a HUGE difference. If it's your first time seeing Jersey Boys, it's not going to make the impression that prior touring companies would have made.
The show was outstanding, literally had me in tears. The only bad was my date got wine drunk and fell asleep the second half. Pick your dates wisely. Cheers, Hannah Banana
Amazing show and super talented cast. Can’t believe the Frankie I saw was the backup to the backup!
This was my 1st theatre experience after Covid and it was a home run!
Loved the show! Took my 85 year old mom who re-lived the 50s! And me I loved every minute too!
Not sure it was worth it. While everyone sang very well it was almost like watching a high school production. A couple of technical difficulties as well as decent acting.
I knew the story, and the words to every song.... I laughed, I cried, it became a part of me.
I've been looking forward to see this show for a long time and the experience was amazing. Loved the performers, music, and story.
Great music, choreography and set design. Highly recommend it to everyone who remember Richie Valli and the Four Seasons. It doesn’t sugar-coat their struggles or shortcomings. Very well done.
It was a great show - never slowed down. Too bad it was a short run or we would have gone back to see it again!
This has to be my favorite Broadway show. It has great music, characters, and it’s a great story.
Several years ago my husband and I attended a fantastic Jersey Boys performance. I regret to say that last Wednesday afternoon’s performance was a colossal disappointed. Understudies many times are highly talented, but this was not the case in the matinee performance on May 4th. The actor who played Frankie Valli was not only flat in many songs particularly in the second half of the play, but also did not have a Broadway star’s quality of voice The other understudies had good but not excellent voices. If I had paid hot tix prices, I would not be as disturbed about the less than first rate performance. My suggestion would be to not put in the understudies for the entire cast. The acting was excellent as was the orchestra. Overall, the musical was a disappointment.
GREAT PERFORMANCE, BEAUTIFUL VOICES . HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLAY .
Great show and great venue. Everything well organized
Love the show, my 9th time, my husband’s 1st time & he loved it too! The storytelling, the energy, the harmonies, Chicago Tour rocked it again!
Top notch, class A, delightful, wonderful, amazing show. Didn’t want it to end. Can’t say enough good things about this production.
I have never been to a show with so many understudies, and especially since it was right after opening night. Frankie had a wonderful voice. We saw Hairspray recently, there was so much energy, I think this show lacked some energy. Third time seeing Jersey Boys, not my favorite of the three.
