Jerry Seinfeld got his start in 1976 at a local open mic night in New York City, but it wasn't until several early-'80s appearances on the Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson that he reached mainstream recognition. As creator and co-writer of Emmy Award-winning sitcom Seinfeld, he appeared in every episode of the show's nine-season span. Since his days on the show, Seinfeld has launched his own web series titled Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, and put his comedy in writing with the 1993 book Seinlanguage. With more than two decade of stand-up gigs under his belt, Jerry Seinfeld will have fans falling out of their seats in hysterics on his 2014 comedy tour.

I laughed the entire show. The Borgata in Atlantic City is an excellent venue. Very easy to get to from Garden state parkway. Excellent parking. Excellent restaurants in the resort!

Anyone seated further left of that section should have been given chiropractic services after the show. As far as the show goes, I did not expect tired schtick and old, previously used material from Jerry Seinfeld, certainly not at this late stage of the game. As far as I'm concerned he phoned it in and the whole thing was miserably disrespectful to the fans who made him.

The show was great and our seats that I got through stubhub were surprisingly really great seats on the higher level but viewing the stage directly (SEC24, Row G, Seat 8 & 9) Even though we were higher up, it was awesome that this venue had 2 big screens on either side of the stage. The only complaint we had was that the concession stand closed at 8pm and the show started just after.

Jerry and the opener did not disappoint. He is articulate, funny, and had lots of original material. All and all it was a great night.

We generally go see him 1x each year at the Beacon and we were pretty disappointed with the amount of recycled subjects and jokes from prior years. We love Jerry, but these seats were pricey (about 5th row Orchestra) and the show advertised “all new material” so we felt a bit ripped off. We’ll probably skip next year’s show as a result. However, if you haven’t seen him in concert in the last year or two, I’d still recommend it for a good laugh and classic Seinfeld delivery.
