Jerry Harrison & Adrian Below REMAIN IN LIGHT

    by P. H. on 3/1/23Old National Centre - Indianapolis

Warm up Band, "Cool cool cool". Listened to 1 and-a-half songs. Retreated to lobby. Returned when set was complete. To our dismay, this band also was on stage with Jerry and Adrian for the main show. Psycho Killer was dead on. Once in a Lifetime was butchered by the lead singer of Cool cool cool. All songs that David Byrne was originally the lead singer for were performed by a helpless man fervently attempting to recreate David Byrne's facial expressions as if he were tormented. Sammi Garett of Cool cool cool was a joy to watch!

    Lousy sound

by Rockin Ricky on 2/26/23The Factory - Chesterfield

The sound mix was terrible, many times you couldn’t even hear Adrian’s guitar—and his guitar prowess is what prompted us to buy tickets.

    Good Musicianship

by Yespat on 2/25/23The Factory - Chesterfield

Not having David Byrne really took away from the sound for me. That said, the musicians were very good. Even so, I found myself losing interest and left early. The rest of the crowd was really excited and into the music. The venue was great except that as the floor was flat, when anyone stood, no one could see anything.

    Not Enough Music

by SteveK on 2/25/23The Factory - Chesterfield

This tour was supposed to be Jerry playing the entire Remain in Light album, which he didn’t. There weren’t many songs at all - 13 in total. And he didn’t cover Burning Down the House. In short not a great value for the $$. Fairly disappointed.

    Perfect

by Ken on 2/25/23The Factory - Chesterfield

I drove about 5 hours from Tulsa to see this Remain In Light Show. The concert was everything I hoped it would be. The backing band Cool Cool Cool, along with Julie Slick from Belew’s own trio, really made this Talking Heads music great… along with Jerry Harrison and Adrian Belew, of course! Kudos to the spectacular smaller venue in Chesterfield, Missouri called The Factory. Their foyer has a cool vibe, as does the whole venue. I guess The Factory has only been around a year or two. You local St Louis folks need to support this place. If I lived there, I would try to attend every show possible at The Factory. You want to keep this wonderful live music venue around.

Evening w Jerry Harrison and Adrian Belew

by Erik on 2/25/23The Factory - Chesterfield

Best concert of the season. The Factory is a great place to see a show. Easy in and out parking, chill ushers, drinks were reasonably priced and generous. The show was amazing, we had a great time!

    Awesome show, awesome venue

by JayG on 2/25/23The Factory - Chesterfield

We have been big fans of Adrian Belew for decades… we are fans of Talking Heads as well. And it was a real treat to see and hear Adrian and Jerry with cool cool, cool in the awesome venue, The Factory. The band was tight, the sound was perfect and I do not say that easily. I’m very picky and the night was tremendous. Rave!

    Stellar Show

by Mr. Dibbs on 10/3/22The Wiltern - Los Angeles

Great night throughout. From the discussion to the rousing versions of the tunes. Great band and Belew soared on his solos. Floor seats w/tables was a nice touch but the chairs were awkward to move and situated very tightly to each other.

    Recommend highly

by Everyman on 10/2/22The Wiltern - Los Angeles

As close as you will get to the Remain In Light tour with two of the main guys on it. The only way it could have been better would be with David Byrne jogging around the stage.

    Incredible Show!

by Tano on 10/2/22The Wiltern - Los Angeles

The show was amazing. A great mix of early Talking Heads, and it sounded authentic but also updated. Those songs are so good. I’ve been waiting my whole life to see a Talking Heads show, and this was as close as you can get. Please tour!

Excellent performance and pre-show interview. I hope they do another tour with even more talking heads material.
