Jen Kramer is extremely talented and an amazing magician. However, the show felt like it was more geared towards little kids. Many kids in the audience really enjoyed the show (and were very loudly responding to Jen and trying to get her attention when she asked a question). I went with my sister and mom (all 18+), and we all felt that the large amount of dialogue/audience participation slowed down the pace of the show and made it hard to stay engaged. We wish that there were more magic tricks and less flourishes/drama.
Jen Kramer was personable and the tricks were good, but very very drawn out and a lot of talking which made it boring at some points during the show. My son even dozed off a couple times, which was shocking for a magic show.
If you’ve seen a lot of magic shows you’ve probably seen most/all of these tricks. Her card tricks are the best and most unique (imo) but are only a small part of the show. The show could benefit from better timed music and pacing, some bigger wind-ups and reveals, and perhaps an assistant. It was unfortunately underwhelming, and so felt overpriced.
Jen worked very hard, and her magic was interesting. But the ticket price was too high for the level of performance. She could “move the program along” a bit faster.
I hated every minute of this show. It was REALLY slow, not funny, but also not artful enough or “magic” enough to make that ok. It was super played out. Audience participation bits were obvious and uncomfortable. There was not even one moment where I felt dazzled. Super disappointing.
5 tricks in 90 minutes. Too much talking. Dreadful
The show was a 3/10 in me and my family’s opinion. People were leaving early. The magician did more talking than magic and the magic she did do, was all guessing magic. Nothing really to see with your own eyes. Wasn’t impressed at all.
Her illusions were great, however, until she got to then end of the illusions you could fall asleep. Everything was to long and drawn out.
She was a consumate performer and fun to watch. She engaged the audience and was very clever . The performance was excellent.
Disappointing caliber; over-priced for her skill as a magician.
Had the pleasure of seeing the JK magic show in Ft Lauderdale. Great venue at Parker playhouse as well as a great show! Wonderful show for all ages given by this one woman act. Truly fun magic that will have you leaving thinking “how did she do that”. Icing on the cake was ability to meet the star herself for a meet and greet after the show. Highly recommend!
Early show @ 5:00pm, enjoyed show, Jen stayed to talk to audience after her performance, very nice!!
Wow, what a show! Jen is a hidden gem in Las Vegas, this show is a must see for all! I was a part of two magic tricks and I truly was NOT coached, briefed, or lead in any way, which made me an even more believer in Jen and her show. I HIGHLY recommend this show for everyone, especially since it's very family friendly, for all ages!
Wow. Excellent show. She was so good that her tricks looked like real magic! She also did a audience meet after the show and could not have been more gracious and kind.
Jen Kramer did a great job of entertaining the diverse crowd and the children in the audience. I have seen a lot of magicians and she by far is one of the best.
We saw Jen Kramer at the Westgate on Friday, Sept 15, 2023. The auditorium was barely half full but the audience that was there seemed to enjoy the show. It is a little slow at times, but she will amaze you some of the things she is able to do on stage. She goes out of her way to involve the audience.
Took my parents to the show and everyone had a great time! She was very inviting and personal the whole show! She mesmerized all of us! Highly recommended!!
Very entertaining and funny, lots of audience participation
Not only she is a very pleasant and very human person, she is a great magician more then comparable with so called big names on the Strip. She deserves much more attention. Venue was not full which is indeed surprising comparing to other magicians I saw - most except Coperfield, with some like Chris Angel on strong decline after pandemic. Her performance is highly interactive but luckily strictly on free will basis which I appreciated. I personally strongly dislike to be a part of performance. I saw many innovative and unusual magical tricks and was highly entertained from the beginning to end. Congratulations to Ms Kramer
