Jason is interesting and unique standup comedian. Funny guy and can go on and on with his comedic stories, never missing a beat. Very insightful on everyday experiences and down to earth ...Must see if he is in town . Surprised that he showed up in S.F. Enjoyed the show.
I had a great time watching Dr. Jason Lieung perform Brain Drain at the Gramercy in NYC. He was hilarious, relevant and relatable. I loved his stories and how he drew on his experience as a Malaysian but making it super relateable.
Jason is very geared towards Malaysian jokes and Asian jokes. It is not a show that everyone can enjoy since you won’t understand most of the jokes if you are not from there. It should have been clearer that the show was geared toward Asian communities so I could have avoided purchasing a ticket.
Dr J is awesome, can't wait for his next show returning to TO.
