About

Jamie Kennedy, a multi-talented comedian-actor-writer-producer, is a true hyphenate. He may be seen acting in a film one minute and on stage doing stand up the next. Kennedy skyrocketed to fame with a groundbreaking performance and scene-stealing rants in Wes Craven's Scream and Scream 2. In September of 2008, Kennedy's documentary which he produced with Michael Addis called Heckler, will be released. Heckler is a comedic feature documentary exploring the increasingly critical world we live in, and asks some interesting questions of people such as Jon Voight, George Lucas, Bill Maher, Mike Ditka, Rob Zombie and many more.

Kennedy was last seen on the big screen in his starring roles in Yari Film Group's Kickin' It Old Skool, and the Warner Bros. film Malibu's Most Wanted. He will next be seen in the upcoming films, Finding Bliss, and Spring Break '83. In 2002, Kennedy triumphed on the WB when he created the hit show "The Jamie Kennedy Experiment." In the summer of 2006 Kennedy also brought "Blowin' Up" to the small screen; a comedic reality series for MTV. Kennedy also conquered the book market with the release of his autobiography "Wannabe...A Hollywood Experiment" in the summer of 2003. Kennedy has appeared in a number of other films, including Romeo + Juliet, As Good As It Gets, Three Kings, Bowfinger and Boiler Room, and many more.

He interacted with the audience a lot and he was very funny. He jokes reigned from racial jokes, sex positions, to people are starbucks. Very funny.

  • Not one redeeming thing to say

He is crude, self-indulgent and just the basest form of comedy. I enjoyed his Experiment videos, and thought I would get a laugh or two - all he knows how to do is appeal to 18 year old males that cannot get a date.

  • Great show! horrible theatre

by Fabilous on 2/14/10Wilbur Theatre - BostonRating: 4 out of 5

Jamie Jennedy was great! crying my eyes out laughing! the guy before him sucks! he just stand there like an idiot reciting danm jokes! The wilbur Theatre seatings are terrible. although i chose the best available seating and told that there tables, when i got there, they were single seats, tight space, not enough leg room for even a little person. will never attend another show at that theatre.

  • Jamie Kennedy-hilarious, good at handling audience

by Bazam on 2/14/10Wilbur Theatre - BostonRating: 4 out of 5

J Kennedy was really funny. He was also very well-prepared to deal with a few obnoxious audience-members. He made good jokes about a wide range of topics, including himself.

Jamie was very personable. His dialects were right on. Dirtly parts were not too gross. Came on on time and did not let up. One of the better stand-ups I ' seen.
