I highly recommend this show if you like the older mellow music. Their were young people there because they were his Star Trek fans and those of us that remembered him from the Gidget movies. He still has a beautiful voice and knows how to work the audience.
This was the 3rd time I’ve seen him at this venue, and he was the best ever!! Hope to see him next year.
He is an ageless, outstanding entertainer! Our seats were perfect! Loved his meet and greet afterward!
James Darren is still wowing audiences! For those of us who remember him from the movies and singing performances, it's easy to see how he has endured this long. He's personable, has a nice rapport with the audience and can still belt out a song! He brought us on a trip down memory lane with some really nostalgic film clips.
This is the second time I've seen James Darren, both times at South Point. Great small venue, beautiful stage and the chance to see my lifelong crush up close!! James Darren is charismatic, entertaining, funny and downright charming! Was SO GREAT to see him and hear him sing some old standards. Enchanting evening!!! As Gidget would say ~ It's the ABSOLUTE ULTIMATE!!
