  • Ahhhmmmmaaazzzing concert and venue

by Kasey on 12/10/19American Theatre - HamptonRating: 5 out of 5

From the minute you enter the theater to your departure you are blessed. The friendliness of the staff, the nostalgic surroundings, and the artists performance all combine to make it an event to remember. I know I will always think fondly of The American Theater. I look forward to many more visits.

  • Family show

by Jercar on 12/5/17INVESTORS BANK PERFORMING ARTS CENTER - SewellRating: 4 out of 5

Telling her family story played well with this audience. Her singing was fine. Her storytelling was much too soft for seniors to hear and understand. Her song selection was just OK. Bishop Sullivan singing an Irish song was a highlight for me.

  • Ho hmmm

Gentle spirit and a sweet woman. Doesn't have a powerful voice, soft....entertaining! Lots of chat, yet a lack of comments about famous father....strange. Most loving memories of Mother in law, Rosemary Clooney.

  • Great Performance and show

by sciwiz on 12/17/10Lakeland Center Youkey Theatre - LakelandRating: 5 out of 5

Debbie Boone has been a performer for 30+ years and she still has it. Her show highlighted both her voice and the special relationship she had with Rosemary Clooney.

  • Delightful!

by ConnieK on 5/10/10Skagit Valley Casino Pacific Showroom - BowRating: 5 out of 5

My husband and I went because our daughter-in-law wanted to see the show. Neither of us was very excited about it. Debbie truly impressed us both. Not only does she have an incredibly lovely voice, she is charming, beautiful and a natural entertainer. Her manner is very entertaining and she comes from a long line of entertaining royalty. Her banter between songs was as interesting and entertaining as her songs. Four stars from us instead of five only because our music tastes lean elsewhere. Five stars for Rosemary Clooney fans!!!

  • Class all the way.

by belra on 5/10/10Skagit Valley Casino Pacific Showroom - BowRating: 4 out of 5

The room was small and not fancy but Debbie Boone was terrific. She sang, told stories about Rosemary and the families and showed a short film of her family. She sounded and looked beautiful. What a classy woman. Afterward she signed CD's. It was worth every penny and a very enjoyable evening. The musicians backing her were excellent too.

  • A classic time revisited

by SG221 on 5/9/10Skagit Valley Casino Pacific Showroom - BowRating: 4 out of 5

The venue intimate. The show a classic reresentation of the 40's and 50's music. A great story from a very lovely and engaging Debbie Boone. The music of Rosemary Clooney, Frank Sinatra and other writers was well presented. Debbie has a great voice and presence that made the audience laugh and for the older audience reminise about the songs that truly had lyrics that you could understand. It was a very entertaining evening for us and our guests! We loved it!

  • Debby was Superb!

by AreJayTre on 5/9/10Skagit Valley Casino Pacific Showroom - BowRating: 5 out of 5

My wife wanted to see Debby Boone, I thought OK. We got the tickets, we went to the show, (4 hour drive), The show was great, the music was great, the venue was nice, and we are not casino people, We appreciated that the showroom was actually in the hotel. The tribute to Rosemary Clooney was elegant, and interesting. I was so pleased to have attended. Debby is a vibrant entertainer, and puts on a spectacular show.

  • Debby Boone Still Shines

by TenorOne on 1/25/10Avalon Theatre - EastonRating: 5 out of 5

Debby Boone has moved far past "You Light Up My Life", and she shined during this "Reflections of Rosemary" concert. The Rosemary in the title is Rosemary Clooney, the legendary "Girl Singer" who also happened to be Debby's mother-in-law. During the concert, Debby performed songs and shared stories that shone a new light on Miss Clooney. The songs and stories also illuminated Debby's life experiences, her sense of humor, and her impeccable way with a lyric. Highlights included a soulful rendition of "Peace in the Valley" in memory of Debby's famous grandfather, Red Foley... as well as Debby's version of "You Are There", heartbreakeningly lovely. After the concert, Debby went out in the lobby to greet concert-goers and to sign autographs. Personable, accessible, musical... that is Debby Boone
