  • HOT

by UJ on 10/16/19TIAA Bank Field - JacksonvilleRating: 4 out of 5

Great time as a Saint fan in Jacksonville! Love the hospitality and trash 🗑 talk from Jaguar fans. Everything was awesome except the HEAT in the open air stadium. Very hard on elderly folks and disabled people.

  • Jaguar & Saints game

by Pcg on 10/16/19TIAA Bank Field - JacksonvilleRating: 1 out of 5

It was terrible. When we arrived they were unable to scan the bar code so we had to stand in another line. Still no luck. Finally they just let us in but we still missed the kickoff

  • Concession stands need a lot of improvement

by JKNTOliver on 9/20/18TIAA Bank Field - JacksonvilleRating: 3 out of 5

We were seated in the 400s and I spent all of half-time and all of the 3rd quarter in line just for bottled water and popcorn. The concession stand I was in line for was so poorly run and on top of it all, when I got the the front of the line, the register froze up and I had to go to the BACK of another line. If we weren't so dehydrated (it was 100+ degrees that day), I would have gone back to my seat. Clearly having a line or some other system for just buying water would have been an improvement. The people behind the counter 'doing nothing' could be asking the 'next' person in line what they wanted so that someone could already be assembling the order. I saw the staff just standing around, one was just holding the cardboard drink containers. Also there need to be large industrial fans in the 400s area. I had to stand in the ladies bathroom where there was a fan for about 5 minutes just to cool down. So while the game was great, these issues related to the venue were clearly just plain bad.

  • Logistical NIGHTMARE

by JaxSara on 9/19/18Jacksonville, FLRating: 1 out of 5

Getting into the stadium was an ordeal that made me never want to go to another game. There was absolutely no attempt to organize the lines to get through security so you had a huge mob of hot, sweaty, frustrated (and half of them already drunk) people all trying to funnel into a few metal detectors, with people pushing and cutting in front of each other. The LEAST the Jaguars organization or their security contractors could do is attempt to create some kind of order with separators or human crowd control. It took us 30+ minutes to get into the stadium and we missed kickoff. Considering what tickets cost, there is no excuse for the chaotic mess at the gates - not to mention this is not a safe environment for younger fans.

  • TIAA Field is a dump

by Pauliy on 9/19/18TIAA Bank Field - JacksonvilleRating: 1 out of 5

It started at the gates and only got worse from there.20 minutes in the baking hot sun. The search system is so slow. We were completely soaked from sweat before we even got into the stadium. As for the stadium itself. Worst one I've been to. I guess standing room you have to watch it on the big screen. The prices were way too high for those tickets.$115 and couldn't see the field. Concession prices very expensive.

  • Stadium needs to be demolished

    by BB1211 on 9/19/18TIAA Bank Field - JacksonvilleRating: 1 out of 5

This stadium is atrocious. There is nowhere to walk around the stadium because the walk ways are super narrow. I was 5th in line at concessions and it took 30 minutes to get to the front of the line. Paid $21 for a small hot dog, small pretzel, and 2 gatorades. Beer was $10-14 for Bud Light / Coors Light. All of the guys walking around the stadium selling quick cash concessions were only selling beer, no water or other beverages. That is absolutely insane in the 100 degree weather we were sitting in. If you wanted a water, go stand in line for 30-45 minutes. I will NEVER return to this stadium for anything. It is a sorry excuse of a football stadium.

Jag fans that were near us were some of the worst fans I have seen at any stadium and I have been to many

  • Jags vs Pats was awesome!

    by Amorgan81 on 9/19/18TIAA Bank Field - JacksonvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Great energy at the stadium. I’m neither a Jaguars or Patriots, I just wanted to go to a good game and it did not disappoint. Had a great time out there, just wish it could’ve been cooler!

  • Nice ushers. Sad fans.

by Anonymous on 1/15/18EverBank Field - JacksonvilleRating: 3 out of 5

The fans were the worst part. We were fixing to their city and trying to enjoy it. I am a bills fan and we get a bad rep but these were the worst fans I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been all over the country to see my bills play ! So sad.
