Jacksonville Jaguars Tickets

Despite the Raiders blowing it, the game and the fans were excellent! Our endzone seats a month earlier in Las Vegas were the same price as the air, car, timeshare exchange for a week, and field-level, 20-yard line seats in Jacksonville combined. The crowd was about 50% Raiders fans and even on the drive back to Orlando we met Raiders fans at every stop. The car rental return and airport on Monday were filled with football fans. It was great! We will choose a destination to go to a game and vacation annually from now on.

The app was easy to use I downloaded the tickets to my Google Wallet it was easily accessible had a great time at the game

Jax fabs we’re so hospitable to the NY Giants fans. Fun chatting with JAX fans and giants fans too. Lovely facility. Well maintained. Lots of security. Lots of drink choices.

Parking was terrible. I purchased a parking pass to park in a gravel lot only large enough for 20 cars but they fit 30 in it. I could have waited and paid on game day less than the parking pass was in a better location. The staff were all very nice. I had seats in the 100 section thinking I would see the game better, but most of the rows in front of me were standing the entire game so I couldn’t see anything. The stadium should announce to please do not stand to block the view of ticket holders behind you. Also, people kept stealing seats during the game. They would just come sit in an open seat, then gave the ticket holders a hard time when they asked them to move. Staff should make sure the people entering the section have tickets. Probably won’t attend another game until I hear changes have been made. Thank you.

I loved the stadium and the experience in the stadium.

some gridlock in walkways with the amount of fans in the stadium...but overall fantastic time

Fairgrounds parking was great good location for tailgating. Game was great to many steps for older folks but we managed. They do have some elevators and escalators but still a lot of steps. Overall a great time.

As with most stadiums and arenas nowadays the sound systems are way too loud. That is the case at the TIAA Stadium as well.

Giants won the game first time ever in Jacksonville

My first NFL game and we brutalized the Colts during wk. 2. Awesome experience. Yet my second experience was overheated, concession stand was bad because each purchase they have the debit card reader to tip the stadium and that wrong.(should have an option). Parking wasn't so bad. Enjoyed the game. Great experience.

The concession service is at a snail’s pace and the lines are very congested due to the cramped quarters. The concession prices are ridiculous compared to other stadiums. Trying to get a question answered regarding directions was s complete joke had to search out information center no one asked knew the location. The stadium is old and needs to be renovated or replaced. Not a nice venue. Game was fun.

My husband and I are diehard Steelers fans. We had an amazing time! Sitting under the bright lights watching our Steelers play the Jags was awesome.. Great Game!! Beautiful Stadium! Staff Awesome!! Parking lot Police detail was Horrible! Very mean and nasty!!

This was my first time attending a NFL game. It was easy purchasing the ticket for the game. Thank you for the reminders that kept me aware of the upcoming event and for offering to sale my ticket if needed. It was convenient checking in at the game with my ticket in the app. I didn’t have to worry about losing the ticket. Thank you for making my first experience attending a NFL game a smooth process.

Fans are nasty, cruel and inconsiderate. I have been to many NFL games and have never had a bad experience. This was quite an experience. My husband and I brought my eight-year-old grandson to the game. We will never bring him to a game in Jacksonville again. ☹️

Seats were Awesome, view was great, weather was beautiful, the atmosphere was perfect. Only thing that stunk was the Jaguars. Wish it was a better game, but there is no guarantee for that.
