Outstanding... Incredible sound from two guys with two acoustic (ok, two electrified acoustic) guitars, and maybe a harmonica thrown in. I loved their sound and their connection with the audience. They excelled in this small venue. I would go again in a heartbeat...!
Jack and Cary put on a wonderful performance!- full of energy, wit and great music! Go see them whenever you can!
We now see every show they perform at the Birchmere. These boys rock. We sing and laugh until our stomachs hurt. We spend the whole evening with a smile on our face, even after the show. What I really love is how popular their new CD is. Not many artists can release a new CD where the fans don't boo and want their old songs.... we all knew the words to the new songs, and sang along right with them! They are classics, can't live without them!
It's great to see Jackopierce back together again after 10 years. Birchmere is a great setting for an acoustic show. Jack and Cary are a great team and have great chemistry on stage. It was an amazing night.
Great performance as always. Jackopierce always delivers a superb live show. And the Birchemere provides an intimate, cozy setting ideally suited to the acoustic show that Jack and Cary put on. A balance of humor with the lyrical intensity of their music combined with stellar guitar playing made for an fantastic evening.
The Jackopierce show was a lot of fun. The music was great, and the guys seemed to be in great moods. They were VERY chatty, which I don't mind a little of, but it got to be a little much. As Jack said "Is this a concert , or a bad comedy show?". I love their music and they didn't disappoint, but next time, more music and less talk (though a little is good, since I feel like I get to know them better through it) would be preferred. They came out after the show to sign and talk, which was fun - I got to chat with Jack for several minutes.
The Birchmere was an awesome venue, and Jackopierce was wonderful! We also really enjoyed the opening band, The Sketches. I would definitely recommend both the band(s) AND the venue to anyone! I hope they come back next year!!!
Incredible concert at that Birchmere...yet a again! Not only did I thorough get into the music, the comedy was so smart that I couldn't stop laughing inbetween songs...These guys are really an amazing talent and gift to music lovers!
Excellent show for a great price. It was an amazing night. These guys have so much talent.
