In 2013, rapper J. Cole released his second studio album, Born Sinner, and backed it with his What Dreams May Come tour. Like 2011's Cole World: The Sideline Story, his debut album, Born Sinner hit No. 1 on the U.S. album chart. Cole, whose full name is Jermaine Cole, first got wide recognition for his 2007 mixtape The Come Up, which caught the ear of Jay-Z and eventually led to Cole's signing by Roc Nation. Cole -- who was born on an Army base in Germany but was raised in North Carolina -- has since released a string of hit singles including "Work Out," "Power Trip," and "Nobody's Perfect." He built his loyal fan base by releasing a string of sought-after mixtapes and EPs, and also by being one of relatively few hip hop artists who tour regularly. All of the stage time has made Cole a confident performer who makes putting on a good show a priority, which keeps fans buying tickets again and again.

I know your being asked to do this and that, like a servant or a merchant and yes it’s being selfish and to you it must be hellish but your word inspires and leaves kids to desire the world most days. don’t know why i just started ranting, like you would see this ik your probably busy putting on coats of fur or choosing the marbles on your his and hers. Sir ur one of the realest in this game, the most tame, i’m asking u to look beyond the fame, like we’re one of the same and just connect.

I started to listen to him when I was 7. The first song I listen to was 4 your eyes only. And is still my favorite song. I know the whole 8-minute song by heart. I am so sad the he retired and I did not go to any of his concerts I was supposed to go for my birthday but he retired 5 days before my birthday..

Since that day I have never missed another one of his concerts and I regret not going to any of his earlier ones. He cares so much for his fans and he lets you know that you are appreciated. Anytime I get the chance to see him perform I take it and you should to. Truly Amazing!!!!!
