    White Christmas is Awesome!

by Annjoep on 12/24/19Boch Center Wang Theatre - Boston

There were liberties taken in this show. Some I missed. The singing and dancing and music was fantastic. Definitely says Merry Christmas and about coming together. Love the Wang Theater and the stage sets were amazing and quickly changed with entertainment outside the curtain. Any time White Christmas is here, I will be at a show.

    Fabulous Show!

by C. on 12/24/19Boch Center Wang Theatre - Boston

White Christmas, the movie, is a tradition to watch in our family every year so to see it unfold on stage was a real treat. The dancing, staging and music was beautifully done and the actors/actresses were awesome! Added bonus....we got to see the legendary Judy Garland’s daughter, Lorna Luft, perform and she was a real powerhouse!

    A Nice Holiday Experiece

by c. b. on 12/24/19Boch Center Wang Theatre - Boston

The Broadway show was like the movie White Christmas. The actors did a really good job, for the most part the Voices were very good. The Tap dancing was great as you do not see that a lot anymore. Attending White Christmas is defiantly something I would recommended to others.

    Sweet story performed well

by Beaheart on 12/24/19Boch Center Wang Theatre - Boston

White Christmas as shown in Boston was well acted and performed. The cast was top notch. The musical itself is stylized in that old fashioned broadway musical kind of way-none of the characters have any depth to them, but it was an entertaining show!

    Truck and Bus

by Mike on 12/23/19Boch Center Wang Theatre - Boston

I am a wheelchair patron. The parking garage had no working elevators. We had to weave thru the car lanes from the 4th floor. The Boch center’s handicapped seating is located in the very rear with the lighting and sound technicians. The “box seating” area Is flat. Our fellow theater goers were blocking the view to the stage. The performers were quite good but the production values were quite poor. The set was 80% backdrops. The lighting was minimal and basic. Sound was thin. Costumes were nice. This tour has been stripped down from the original version that came through years ago.

    Tradition + this show = A+

by Classical on 12/23/19Boch Center Wang Theatre - Boston

For the past 20 years as a family we watch White Christmas on xmas day every year. This show was different enough, and somehow pulled the same heart strings, that I gotta give it a full on A+. Just an awesome night!

    Great holiday play

by M on 12/23/19Boch Center Wang Theatre - Boston

Really enjoyed the great performance of White Christmas in a top notch theater decorated in such good taste. Purchased the all inclusive deal which included parking near the theater and dinner before the show. The dinner and show we’re fine, but the parking portion of the package was a bust. The parking garage attendant told me the parking was not covered until an hour after the dinner reservation, so I had to pay out of pocket even though it should have been included. I would think carefully about paying in advance for the package deal if you want to consider reserved parking for dinner.

    Magical Night

by Sheila on 12/22/19Boch Center Wang Theatre - Boston

From first entering the theatre and being met by Ch.7's Kim and Adam representing Project Bread, our experience was only first class. A lovely glass of wine, into our seats, and then curtain time!! A brilliant performance certainly put us all in the most festive mood. Cannot thank the cast, crew, production staff, and theatre staff enough. Like the Nutcracker's annual appearance....I wish White Christmas was offered here in Boston more frequently. Thank you again.

    All Around Wonderful Experience

by R. P. on 12/21/19Boch Center Wang Theatre - Boston

Saw White Christmas in the elegant Boch (Wang Theater) Center. Seats are a bit uncomfortable which is surprising since recently refurbished. It was, nevertheless, a great new holiday experience for us. The music, of course, is well known and eminently singable. The costumes were RED. The tap dancing (performance art rarely seen these days) was outstanding. Best of all was Lorna Luft, Judy Garlands daughter) in the role of innkeeper. She is an amazing 67 years old and can outsing and outdance younger people. See it for a feel good.

    Not what I expected

by Rose on 12/11/19DPAC - Durham Performing Arts Center - Durham

I expected more story instead of MANY repetitive tap dances with different music and costumes. I didn't think the acting was great, what little there was but those repetitive tap numbers got tiresome pretty quickly. The dancers were skilled and were enjoyable in the beginning but same of anything over and over just gets old. We left shortly after intermission when we realized the 2nd act looked like more of the same. Meh

    Great Show

by Frado on 12/11/19DPAC - Durham Performing Arts Center - Durham

White Christmas was wonderful! A bit different than the movie, but close enough to know what to expect and enjoy. Only downside - the attendees sitting on the aisle in our row took their shoes off. When intermission came they seemed very annoyed we wanted to get out. We had to wait while they put their shoes back on. Please be respectful and consciousness of others. This is not a private show.
