  • Terible

by LaysonA on 11/8/10Fox Theatre Atlanta - AtlantaRating: 1 out of 5

The acting was lousy, the vocalists were about as pleasing as fingernails on a chalk board, and the dancing was sub par at best. I wanted to get up and leave after the first 10 minutes but I stuck around to see if it got better and it only got worse. I would demand my money back if I actually thought I would get it back.

I wanted to hear voices more like Bing and Danny. And the dancing by Danny's character and his girlfriend were no where close!

  • Good Performace

by SirLoper on 11/8/10Fox Theatre Atlanta - AtlantaRating: 4 out of 5

I went with my wife and 2 young girls, 6 and 8, to a Saturday matinee. As usual, the Fox was amazing. The show was quite good and very solidly rooted in the original. While not quite Broadway caliper, the show was quite enjoyable and the cast had no shortage of energy. I don't think we'll make this show an annual tradition, but I certainly don't regret spending for it this year.

  • I'm dreaming of a White Christmas

by MeganfW on 11/8/10Fox Theatre Atlanta - AtlantaRating: 4 out of 5

What a great way to begin the holiday season. White Christmas was great. I have seen this play before and watched the movie too many times to count, and this show didn't disappoint. The Fox Theater was a great place to watch the show, minus the fact that it was very warm in the theater we had a great time.

  • White Chrismas was very disappointing!

by Krews on 11/8/10Fox Theatre Atlanta - AtlantaRating: 2 out of 5

The acting was fine, the dancing was excellent, but the music was not good at all. One of the male leads and one of the female leads used a very irritating vibrato on every song. Harmonies were poor or nonexistent. Opening scene and closing scene were very barren--quite a letdown. I thought it was very telling that the audience was pretty quiet throughout the performance.

  • White Christmas WOW!

    by 71torino on 11/7/10Fox Theatre Atlanta - AtlantaRating: 5 out of 5

Absolutely loved the play. The dancing was absolutely flawless and the cast really captured the vitality and high energy displayed in the White Christmas movie. Props were amazing and we loved the voices of the cast. Great singing of great songs! My wife and I were celebrating our 32nd anniversary and we had a spectacular time. I highly recommend this play for all ages.

  • White Christmas

    by Jana11 on 11/7/10Fox Theatre Atlanta - AtlantaRating: 4 out of 5

It was a good production, except for the "hot" ladies--I do not remember them in the original??? Do you? That should be left out. Jana

  • White Christmas was spectacular!

by sullymom on 11/7/10Fox Theatre Atlanta - AtlantaRating: 5 out of 5

With the amazing music by Irving Berlin, the incredible singing and dancing, and the wonderful storyline, White Christmas is the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit. It was witty, romantic, and heart-warming all at the same time. I definitely recommend it!

It was a very good show. If it comes back to the Fox next year i would go see it again.

  • Good Job!

by pianopic on 11/7/10Fox Theatre Atlanta - AtlantaRating: 5 out of 5

It was great! Just one thing. My husband wanted some soldiers to come up the aisles to the stage during "we'll follow the old man". : ) (He said that he would do it if you needed someone.)

  • A crisp White Christmas

by Jellicoron on 11/7/10Fox Theatre Atlanta - AtlantaRating: 3 out of 5

The production was as crisp as the snow, but Amy and John were just wrong for the parts. There voices warbled badly, rest of the cast were excellent. Should have had Denis and Shannon in their roles. Bing and Rosemary we miss you.

  • White Christmas was a true Holiday Delight

by BeasUGA on 11/7/10Fox Theatre Atlanta - AtlantaRating: 5 out of 5

Inving Berlin's White Christmas was such a great way to start the Christmas Season. The Singing, Dancing, and Tap Dancing was such a treat. The snow that fell from the sky at the end was icing on the cake!!

I enjoyed White Christmas. It was staged really nice - the sound was good - and I liked the effects at the end of the play. I would recommend this for someone of any age - it is a feel good story.

  • white christmas was incredible!

by christmasboy on 11/7/10Fox Theatre Atlanta - AtlantaRating: 5 out of 5

Presentations at The Fox are always high quality. I expected "White Christmas" to be good but i was blown away at the unbelievable dance numbers and the additional Irving Berlin songs that aren't in the movie. This was as fun and excellent a production as one would like to see.

  • White Christmas - Wonderful!

by MommaSherrie on 11/6/10Fox Theatre Atlanta - AtlantaRating: 5 out of 5

Absolutely fantastic! Even Bing Crosby and Danny Kaye would have been proud! Really put you in the mood for Christmas! The costumes and props, singing and dancing - everything was wonderful.

This was a fun evening, but was a bit disappointed in the interpretation of the film.

  • by Anonymous on 11/5/10Fox Theatre Atlanta - AtlantaRating: 2 out of 5

was almost nothing like the movie, if you love the movie I would not recommend this show. They changed the plot and the songs they added were pretty much awful. The dancing was great, but everything else was just lacking. I had high expectations for this show and I left feeling greatly disappointed.

We all enjoyed the show and the venue! The fox is fantastic and the show, well my staff, wife and myself, felt it was exiqusite! We all left discussing each scene and all had smiles on our faces, awaiting a 'White Christmas".
