INTO IT. OVER IT. ON TOUR:
Evan Weiss has been a torchbearer of the emo revival movement since the late '00s with his project Into It. Over It. Fans of both emo and indie rock have gravitated towards Weiss for his emotive voice, earnest lyrics, and melodic tracks, and they turn out in droves every time he takes the band on tour. Whether he's performing the hushed, intimate "Anchor" or putting his backing band to the test with the soaring favorite "Proper", Weiss hits all the right emotional marks with his raw, intimate live performances.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
New Jersey native Evan Weiss was an important figure in emo even before he rose to widespread prominence with Into It. Over It. He was active in New Jersey and Chicago pop punk and emo bands as early as 2001, including Labour, Hiroshima Mon'Amour, and his high school project The Progress. In the mid '00s he began working as Into It. Over It., initially recording one song each week for a full year. The resulting 52 songs were released in 2009 on the compilation album 52 weeks, an ambitious effort that generated significant buzz in emo circles. He made his studio debut in 2011 with Proper, a critically acclaimed album that further boosted his popularity and placed him at the forefront of the emo revival movement. Weiss continued to enjoy success in 2013 with sophomore album Intersections, another acclaimed release that features prominently on his must-see live tours.

The crowd, especially for Into it. Over it. was way energetic, but I think TWIABPAIANLATD stole the show with their new spoken word addition. If you're planning on seeing this show, don't miss any of the acts, and try to pick up TWIABP's new vocalists' zine, it's got some great stuff in it.
The venue was perfect for these three bands to really connect with the crowd especially into it. Over it. The world is and a great big pile of leaves were fantastic as well 10/10 would see again
