The North American portion of the Champions Cup brings together the most elite clubs in Europe before their respective seasons begin overseas, for an unparalleled display of world-class soccer across 11 U.S. stadiums. A 2014 match between Manchester United and Real Madrid at Michigan Stadium drew 109,318 fans and was in fact the highest attended soccer match ever on U.S. soil. The 2019 tournament features clubs like Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Inter Milan, Bayern Munich and for the first time, a Mexican team in Guadalajara F.C. The International Women's Cup starts a month after the Men's and features clubs like Lyon, AtlĂŠtico Madrid, Manchester City and NC Courage.Â

Since 2013, the International Champions Cup has been bringing the best soccer clubs in the world for exciting exhibition matchups in the U.S. What began as a separate cup for each region of the world is now centered primarily in North America, and a single winner is crowned based on the number of points after three round-robin matchups. In 2018, Tottenham Hotspur took home the cup with Borussia Dortmund as the runner-up. The nationwide venues for the tournament include football stadiums with a 70,000+ person capacity like Levi's Stadium in the Bay Area, MetLife Stadium in the New York area, NRG Stadium in Houston and others. Smaller, soccer-specific stadiums also play host to Cup matches like Kansas City's Children's Mercy Park, Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, SeatGeek Stadium near Chicago and more.Â

My dad and I had the time of our lives at the Benfica game! For his birthday, I splurged and purchased the field seats. First, it was amazing that the field seats were an option. What an amazing, lifetime experience! To be so close to the players and the action. The staff and security at the stadium were amazing! Having a dedicated concession stand for our area was a definite plus--we felt like real V.I.P.s! If the opportunity ever presents itself again, I will jump at the chance!

Sweltering heat but tens of thousands of tifosi (soccer fanatics) gathered at Patriots Stadium for a good game. Worth the visit!!! My grandson visiting from Peru loved it; he had played in the Youth Soccer World Cup in Sweden last year.

Was amazing for the first time of my live watching Benfica's game.
It was a great game, with a great atmosphere. My self, my kids, my nephews and my dad enjoyed it greatly. We traveled for 2 hours to get there from our destination, and it did not disappoint.

Our grandson truly enjoyed his 1st International Soccer match. The walk from the parking lot to the stadium was filled with Benfica fans singing. The crowd was family friendly and true soccer fans. We made a lifetime memory our grandson wonât forget.
The match was great! Our seats were great, but the signage in the stadium for 114 could be clearer. It got us in the right direction but since the section is sort of between other sections it was easy to pass and we had to ask for help to find it. The variety of consession options was very good compared to other stadiums and the addition of value options is nice to see. The ticket prices were a bit high and the parking cost is ridiculous at $40. It took a long time to get in the stadium due to lines. A prepay online option would be great and then a line to bypass would help the flow. Staff were pleasant. The vendor selling shirts and stuff ran out so we couldn't get my little guy his annual ICC shirt. They should have more on hand. Most importantly Real Madrid got crushed! đ

The game was so exciting. It really had everything, an early goal, penalties, red cards, fights, and a LOT of goals!
I understand it was a friendly but my family and I enjoyed the match. Neither team played much defense which made it fun and exciting. It was great to see the Madrid Derby outside of Europe.
Thank you for bringing the team we love close to us. We had such a great time with my family and would definitely come see Real Madrid again every year if they come !
Giving clappers to thousands of people, especially 5-12 year old kids, and expect that everybody would enjoy themselves was the thought process of a total corporate idiot. I would like to come to corporate headquarters and bang this things for 2 hours.
These international matches are always fun. The skill level the players have and the excitement from the crowd makes these events a 'must see' happening for a fan of any sport.
Its was a grear experience to watch my favorite team Real Madrid for the first time,they ended loosing but it was great
Traffic was brutal coming from NY but the game was awesome! Our team lost (lame) but it was great to see those teams in action. The view from the seats was exactly as expected which we were happy about. Very good time and I would definitely recommend!
