Super fun night and great game. Only thing it started later than usual but I understand why.
Felt like a high school game. Sitting on aluminum bleachers. 2 ATMs, cash only concessions, only 4 options for drinks. Hope Tech doesn’t play in this bowl again.
We got to the gates to check into the bowl game and there was no Internet service throughout the whole facility. While we had screenshots of the tickets, they would not scan and they would not let us into the stadium. I tried to get online for 45 minutes with hundreds of other other people but finally went to the box office and purchased four additional tickets. Overall a really bad experience where I had to buy tickets multiple times as the venue had no WiFi.
My tickets were purchased to redeemed using the mobile app with bar codes instead of printing them out. When I get there the bar codes were gone and it said I had to print them out. I don't carry a printer around with me so I had to buy two more tickets to get in. Moral of the story is buy from Vivid. This will not happen.
There was no internet at the stadium so you couldn’t access tickets. Only one person was using internet on her personal computer with the system being down she couldn’t verify my purchase. And couldn’t look up tickets. It was horrendous planning. The parking lot area was also a disaster the stadium sits in a very confusing area so it took 45 minutes to get into the game.
I had no issues with purchase of my bowl game tickets. Great experience and will purchase again.
Stadium is outdated and needs upgrades. Seat numbers are not even visible. There were no hot drinks available until halftime (and quickly sold out) despite the forecast. Limited concessions/menu. Very limited ushers/assistance. This is not the experience one expects when going to a Bowl game ...
great seats, great price, great weather... will go again next year!
I loved being able to have a wonderful view of the field!
Good view from seats, concession workers very friendly. Restroom were a mess. Went to restroom near section 111 about halftime - water all over floor, toilets running non-stop. After game, same thing/ no change. Not sure how it could get this bad by halftime. All restrooms need to be checked during game - mopped, cleaned, put fans in, something. It's these "LITTLE THINGS" that people remember.
My girlfriend had never attended a college football game, inspite of us both being avid fans. The teams were announced, the weather would be perfect, (sunny and temp in 70's). I knew this was my chance to get her to a game. Ticketmaster was amazingly easy to use. I purchased tickets, and she was estatic. We attended the pre-game activities, enjoyed the food from several vendors, and watched a great day of football. She loved the experience and atmosphere of a "live" game. However, i had tried several times to get good seats at reasonable prices.....at different sites. Then I got on Ticketmaster. Best decision, easy to use website, and I will always use them. Thanks Ticketmaster.....rah rah!
Very affordable..great people around us. Very good family atmosphere looking forward tonnext years game
Seats were decent, given that they were along the 20 yard line and near the fence. Plus, since we were seated near the middle of the row, we weren't bothered by people wanting in-and-out through the game. Otherwise, the game was not particularly exciting since Vandy was clearly over-matched. Thus, my friend and I left with 10 minutes left in the fourth quarter. Parking was easy, but at $15.00 per vehicle it was steep. Also, since the forecast predicted rain with a %60 possibility I brought along an umbrella, but was told at the gate that I couldn't bring it inside. Many people were told the same. Surprisingly, my umbrella was still where I left it, near the gate, when I exited. Fortunately, all we experienced were a few rain sprinkles near the end of the third quarter and early in the fourth. Not even enough rain to say one got wet.
