About

Imagine Dragons are an alternative pop rock band formed in Las Vegas in 2008. Since releasing their debut album Night Visions in 2012, Imagine Dragons have become one of the world’s best-selling artists, accounting for 74 million albums sold and releasing 10 Top 40 singles. Each of the group’s five studio albums have hit the Top 10 of the Billboard 200, with 2015’s Smoke + Mirrors topping the chart. Following a string of independently released EPs, the band broke through in 2012 with Night Visions and the diamond-certified single “Radioactive,” which reached a career-best No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 and spent a then-record 87 weeks on the chart. “Radioactive” won the 2014 Grammy for Best Rock Performance, and also became Imagine Dragons’ first of five singles to top the Hot Rock & Alternative Songs chart along with 2017’s back-to-back diamond singles “Believer” and “Thunder” and 2018’s “Natural.” The modern rock group, led by founding member and vocalist Dan Reynolds, has also been featured in crossover collaborations with Kygo, Lil Wayne, JID and more.

Best concert ever, but Summerfest parking is a mess

    by XT on 7/11/23

I attend lot of concerts (average between 10-15 shows per year prior to the pandemic) and this was one of the best live music performances I’ve ever been to. To top it off, it was completely family friendly and my two kids (5 and 7 years old) LOVED the show. The parking situation at Summerfest was ridiculous and we ended up walking nearly 2 miles back to our car with exhausted kids after midnight, but the next day they said it was worth it. This was our 2nd time seeing the Mercury tour and Imagine Dragons did not disappoint.

    Amazing Dragons

by Jen Jen from Wisco on 7/11/23

Awesome show! High energy and very entertaining. You could really hear the emotion in Dan’s voice during several songs. A great show for the whole family to share.

Awful venue, sound, ran out of merch and food.

    by 6thTime on 7/11/23

The venue ran out of food before the opening act even started at 8. Imagine Dragons sounded horrible! The sound of this venue was atrocious! Imagine Dragons were late coming on. Very disappointed that they didn't take the stage until after 9:30. Merch was only for sale in 2 locations and only 2 shirts were available. (one place, only had one option). Then the merch stations were not open after the concert. Ridiculous! The venue was embarrassing to get out of after the show. 2 stairwells is a fire hazard for sure with 23,000 people. I would think the staffing and supply issues would be addressed for a recurring event (Summerfest). I tell people all the time how great Imagine Dragons are! If this had been my first experience, I would never have seen them again. The acoustics were not even close to what I have come to expect from their concerts. This was my sixth time to see them and it was definitely the absolute worst. Very disappointed fan.

    Blown Away!

    by PG on 7/11/23

An amazing experience! Imagine Dragons exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to see them again. The 2 openers, The Moss & Benson Boone, were also wonderful.

    underprepared

    by hugh on 7/11/23

show itself was good. pretty short for the money, and lots of band swapping for opening acts with no real reparations for those who spent serious money on the show. furthermore all merch was sold out before 8pm. how does that happen with the show being sold out for months leading up to the show

    Great concert and message!

    by julu on 7/11/23

The concert was high energy, great special effects, and every song had a meaningful message. I loved the concert, I just wish they would have started earlier. Starting time was 7:00 and they didn't come on till 9:30. I did love Benson Boone who opened for them. What a talent!

    Epic

    by PBN+2 on 7/11/23

A memory to last a lifetime!! The sound was spot on, even though our seats weren’t great, the monitors made it feel like we were up close. Loved that Dan Reynolds walked through the crowd and my son was able to shake his hand (I’m so jealous). Truly so special! I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

    Amazing!

    by Ref on 7/11/23

Fifth time seeing them and their shows never get old! So fantastic! Sound even better in person than on radio, which isn’t always the case. Great stage presence and set of songs. Kids came along for their first concert and loved that they could sing along to most songs. Love that there’s no encore… when they are done they are done! We’ll continue to attend their concerts for years to come! Thanks for a great time again!❤️

    Great show

    by Tennis player on 7/11/23

We thoroughly enjoyed the show—it was a great mix of new and old songs and the band is much more polished than when we saw them 10 years ago.

    Make them a must see!

    by BB on 7/11/23

Imagine Dragons put on such an amazing show - I didn't know what to expect going in, but they went beyond whatever I could have imagined! Hearing their songs live added a whole new texture to their songs, it felt like experiencing for the first time again! Dan does such a good job interacting with the audience too! They fired off confetti cannons AT LEAST 7 times during the concert! They had a stage in thr audience they performed a few songs on too and Dan wandered the aisles! Seriously, just make an effort to see them live....it is so worth your time!

    Good but not great

    by 324GREYSTREET on 7/11/23

Band was good, a little bland but overall fun. Sound was meh as it is in most concerts at this venue. Too much treble and bass all at once with little midrange. Was hot in there also, they have the big fans above but never seem to have them running until later in the show. Concessions are overpriced, but that is par for most venues. My real issue was the beer choices as I am not a fan of any Miller beers and they did not have Coors Light or even Leiny Original. Overall I would much rather see a show at Alpine Valley.

    Great show, so-so seats

    by Dadgummit on 7/11/23

We really enjoyed Imagine Dragons. They put on a great show. I wish I had known that the “seats” in the 300 section were bleachers. We were cramped into tiny spaces on an aluminum bench. Not only were they narrow, but front to back was comically small. My knee was touching the shoulder of the person in front of me, and getting out of the row was ridiculous. We definitely bought fewer refreshments because of the hassle. Had I known, I would have given more consideration to the closer section, or at least added a fifth seat so we could stretch out.

    Energetic and Dynamic show!

    by LisaK on 7/11/23

What a fantastic show. Dan Reynolds is a true showman as are the rest of Imagine Dragons! Amazing energy and vocals. They are a legit heartfelt group that is thankful to be performing and doing what they love. Hoping they come around as I would love to see them again!

    Ethereal Music, Show, Energy!!!

    by CLCook on 7/11/23

Hard to put into words just how ethereal the experience was... The music sounded even better live, the show and effects were amazing, and the energy from the band was electrifying!!! Such an amazing performance! Two opening acts (Benson Boone did a great show too) and still Imagine Dragons did almost a 2 hour set of their own with all our favorites with the energy and enthusiasm as if it was their first concert... I have been to more concerts than I can count and this was one of my favorites of all time! I wouldn't hesitate to pay to see them anytime, anywhere! Venue was good but be careful when ordering tickets from this Amphitheater. I thought we had designated seats (Section, Row, Seat #s), but it turned out the 300 sections are only numbered spots on bleachers. I have a bad back that was so bad I could hardly walk back to my car at the end of the concert 5.5 hours later (including the 2 opening acts 6-11:30 pm). But Imagine Dragons were so amazing it was worth it!!

    Amazing

by Living my truth on 7/11/23

All I can say is that they are absolutely amazing in concert. They are also one of the most humble bands I have ever seen. So respectful of the kids that are in the audience and not cussing every two minutes.
