  • ALMOST the best concert ever!

by LonelyConcertGoer on 2/20/22The Forum - InglewoodRating: 5 out of 5

Coldplay stole the show with the coordinated multicolored lights on the audience’s wristbands. It was the most amazing thing my eyeballs have ever seen!!! And Coldplay played their first rock song ever!!! And it was fantastic! Imagine Dragons was stupendous! 21 Pilots always crushes it! And these awesome bands: Kings of Leon, Maneskin, Willow, All Time Low, and surprise guest Avril Lavigne

This was my very first time at something like this but it was AMAZING!!! I only went to see my favorite band, MÅNESKIN! & they DID ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I was up in the front and I am 10000% sure they saw me screaming & jumping up and down!! Absolutely amazing!

  • Amazing experience!

We came from Thailand to travel in LA and watch this show and we were super happy that we went to this festival. It was amazing and unforgettable night for us! All the performances were incredible and the management was really great. We really enjoyed and did not have any single problem.

  • AMAZING

    by Kerri C. on 1/21/22The Forum - InglewoodRating: 5 out of 5

The artist lineup was exceptional; the show epic. We hope to attend this event every year. The floors were sticky at our seat when we arrived, and we arrived early, which implies they were not cleaned from the prior event. Quite gross.

  • Amazing Show

by bpespiri on 1/20/22The Forum - InglewoodRating: 5 out of 5

Wow from open to close and everything in-between such an amazing show! Love Alter Ego because it is like a festival or mini concerts from all of our favorite bands. Always full of energy, great groups and so much packed into one night. Highly impressed how there is little to no down time between the acts. Nothing better than live music and so glad we are getting back! Venue is great too, we had side seats and the were perfect!

  • WORTH IT TIMES A MILLION!!!!

by Jillian on 1/20/22The Forum - InglewoodRating: 5 out of 5

I had the most amazing time!! Granted I think there should be a big note to let people know about bags. It was very stressful to figure out what to do and where to go after an employee told me I couldnt bring my bag in. I have no problem at all, but there were no signs and no one to help me figure out where to go so in the end I missed the preshow because I spent too long looking for the lockers. Although after that was all settled I had the best time! All of the food and merchandise vendors moved very quickly so even with the long lines it didnt take too long. I wish there was a more clear opening of the show, but either way I LOVED THE WHOLE CONCERT! I also was so happy with the mini breaks between the groups so I could run to the restroom or get a drink.

  • Outstanding

by TJWhite on 1/20/22The Forum - InglewoodRating: 4 out of 5

From the beginning to the very end, all the bands were LIT. Great lineup with no lag time. Lost my voice from all the screaming. Thank you 98.7 fm for the free tickets.

  • BEST lineup! Will plan to go every year...

by DoubleA on 1/19/22The Forum - InglewoodRating: 5 out of 5

Glad we got there on time. Imagine Dragons came out to perform first and totally set the tone... AMAZING! I appreciated that the time in between performances didn't take any longer than maybe 15min! I can't wait to go again next year.

  • Alter Ego 22

    by L. F. on 1/19/22The Forum - InglewoodRating: 5 out of 5

Fantastically amazing concert. The bands were "chance of a lifetime" opportunity to see. That said....If I could turn back time.....I would have given myself more time to get to the venue on Uber/Lyft. To get from the street to the drop off point was over 25 min. Additionally, I would have given us more time to get through the "vaccine/covid test" screening- about 15 min then the line to get through to have our ticket scanned- about 15 more minutes. SO.....That said.....We missed the first three songs of Imagine Dragons who was our band of choice (this was my 7th concert of theirs) I cried inside. Take away....Give yourself an extra hour or more so you don't miss these amazing bands! Thanks for putting it all together! I'll be there next year with my kiddos again!

  • Memorable

    by Warlock69 on 1/19/22The Forum - InglewoodRating: 5 out of 5

Took my 13 year old who has been going through some hard times dealing with bullying. But when lead singer from Imagine Daragons spoke about seeking help with therapist, and how you important you are and how you matter. That alone made that concert well worth going too. Thanks for the tickets alt98.7!👍🏼🙏🏼❤️😃

  • Great night

by Ultra shell on 1/19/22The Forum - InglewoodRating: 5 out of 5

The crowd was electric and excited to be out and super respectful about wearing masks and still be social and a community that met up for a great music night.

  • Forum staff awesome

by Barbs on 1/18/22The Forum - InglewoodRating: 5 out of 5

The staff at the Forum were so nice from security to the floor workers!! Someone spilled their drink and a worker came by and cleaned it up without asking. I really appreciate that! Everyone kept their masks on. It was a great show seeing my favorite band Kings of Leon. The pre-concert party was so fun even in the rain! We won 2 tickets to the show so our friends could go! 9 hours of fun!!!

  • Great show

    by CT23 on 1/18/22The Forum - InglewoodRating: 5 out of 5

Very good bands this year. My only issue with the Alter Ego show is the timing of the line up. There’s not a lot of rhyme or reason for the order of the bands. I am assuming it is because they are trying to fill the venue from the beginning, but I don’t like that aspect of the show.

  • Great event but weird order!

by John on 1/18/22The Forum - InglewoodRating: 4 out of 5

The show was great but the bands played in a bizarre order. Imagine Dragons went 1st, Coldplay 3rd, & 21 Pilots closed. In what world is Imagine Dragons an opener & 21 Pilots a closer?!

  • Great concert. Venue is lacking

by Lisa on 1/18/22The Forum - InglewoodRating: 4 out of 5

The concert was fantastic. Bands were all great and show ran smooth. However the parking at this venue is a nightmare. No clear signage and cost $60. Ridiculous for a concert. And no signs or anything to tell people to have vaccination ready and drivers license out. Causing additional delays. Won’t be coming back to venue due to these two issues.

  • Great show and performance !

by Angie on 1/18/22The Forum - InglewoodRating: 5 out of 5

Imagine Dragons was great and the light show from cold play was awesome.

  • New Times Rock & Roll

by Rick Tripin on 1/18/22The Forum - InglewoodRating: 4 out of 5

What a great job everyone (parking attendents, ushers, sales folks, security and all the rest) did in making us feel safe and happy to be there. The music was top notch, we really liked the idea of minimal time with each, as we got to here some of thier best stuff. We did miss some of thier most current songs, but we started to learn Italian. (Who'd have thought) We did have two issues, one being inconsistant in the size of carry in purses as one line said it was fine and another would not let us in even though it met the guidelines given to us. The last thought would be to limit alcohol use as it contibutes to the "I dont need to wear my mask" issue. It made it very tough to enforce by the forum people but also was tough on everyone doing what was requested. Thanks again for a GREAT night out!

  • Covid Omicron Spreader Event- Probably

by Fan girl on 1/18/22The Forum - InglewoodRating: 2 out of 5

    1. Vaccine or test check went well 2. Clear bag or small wristlets policy unevenly enforced- people texting on which line would let you slide 3. Mask enforcement- non existent. I was in section 211 and half never had their mask on and weren’t eating or drinking 4. Our section had a decent view of the screen a small side view of the tiny people on stage. Section 212 and 213 had no view of the stage or screen. A lot blocked the aisle. The first usher talked to a maskless guy for an hour. It took a supervisor to remove him and clear the aisle. 5. Willow Smith - why???? Not in the same league as the other acts. 6. Why did they shut down concessions from about 6:45-7:15? It meant most in line missed 1/2 of Imagine Dragons set. Never seen this before. It was so stupid!!! 7. Handicapped bathroom and customer service were the one bright spot. They made sure those of us that were handicapped had quick access to the restrooms! Due to most of the above we left early as we didn’t feel safe at the venue. I hope we don’t get Covid from being there. So very different than the Goo Fighter’s show of 2021. I felt perfectly safe there and the bad and ushers reminded people to mask up. iHeart and the Forum should have done so much more, but screwed it up.

  • Great line up.

    by Lots-a-concerts on 1/18/22The Forum - InglewoodRating: 4 out of 5

Cold Play overshadowed every other band, but the line up was great! The only bad part was Willow’s sound. Her sound person had EVERY aspect of her sound jacked up way to high/loud. Willow’s voice was ear piercing, it was so loud! I had to leave. My daughter even had to exit the arena shortly after I did. Get a new sound engineer, Willow!
