I was very impressed with the performance, particularly with the Huntsville Symphony Orchestra. We make regular trips to the Nashville Symphony and being a native Hunstvillian I am very proud to say that I enjoyed this performance as much as any I have experianced.
By far the best Nutcracker I have seen in years! Amazing!
The show was amazing! The Huntsville Ballet Company and the Huntsville Symphony Orchestra performed beautifully. I had never been to a ballet before and hadn't watched The Nutcracker in years, but I was not disappointed. I intend to go to another very soon.

This was an absolutely amazing performance!! Oddly I am a grandmother and had never seen a ballet performance, and also had never seen the Nutcracker, so I accomplished two dreams in one show; and I am so very happy that I did. This performance exceeded every expectation I had; and has impressed me so very much; what a wonderful day!! Thank you for bringing such beauty to the public!! Awesome!!!
The characters, and costumes were beautiful together. Though I felt bad for the male characters who had to wear white tights and having their package showing, though other males had their top piece long enough to cover.
Absolutely outstanding. Professionally done, incredible dancers! A must see family event at Christmas.

I had never been to the ballet, so I decided to attend The Nutcracker this year with my sister. We were not disappointed. The cast was very talented and we enjoyed every moment. We just might make this a yearly tradition. I've already invited my other sister, who lives out of town, to join us next year.
I thoroughly enjoyed the performance! I had never seen the HSV Ballet Company perform before but it was the perfect Christmas present. The symphony truly made the story come alive. The costumes were stunning and nobody missed a cue. Having worked in companies and backstage in performances before I know how stressful it can be to get everyone in line, but everyone was extremely professional and punctual. I will definitely be back next year.
I had never been to a ballet before and I loved it. I don't think there was a bad seat I. The house. Loved it and plan to go back
The costumes and music were were wonderful!! The dancing was great!!! Funny, charming, endearing!! The only reason that I didn't rate it with a 4 was because a woman wearing a brimmed hat sat in front of us, and her hat was obstructive to my friend's view for much of the performance. Hats should not be allowed at these events.
Annoying teenagers talking and selfie shots and screaming like it was a sporting event in front of me and wiggly elementary students whose parents haven't taught them to not put their feet on other people's furniture. Popcorn bag rustling behind me. Really. Popcorn at the ballet?
The Firebird ballet was a brilliant wonderful production. It was well choreographed and had beautiful music, costumes and props. The dancers were well chosen for their roles. The performers' abilities were excellent and enjoyable to watch.

What a great production! The cast was outstanding and the professionalism on display dazzled the audience. I hope that they produce another Nutcracker in the future.
