This concert was fun and the line up (Drew Hill, BlackStreet, Next, 112, Jagged Edge) was 90s R&B heaven (hello high school)!
The good: Drew Hill, Blackstreet and 112 sounded really good and even had the dance moves of yester-year down. Definetly had the crowd turned up!
The bad: Someone puh-lease tell the DJ (Pam the Funkstress?) that she needs to do some reseach on catering to her audience. The crowd was not trying to hear old-school soul from the 70s in between acts. I'm not that old!
The ugly: WHY was the line to get in to the venue so rediculous!? And it was 1000 degrees! Everyone was miserable an slightly late for the concert after spending close to half an hour just trying to get through the gate. Please do a better job of getting that together in the future. I have never had that problem at the Concord Pavillion and have been to many shows there.
