Home Grown Tickets

So i ended up taking a mini solo trip to the west coast to see the kings of pop! It was nothing short of spectacular! they played a 20 song set (i believe) and sounded amazing. I never got to see them back in the day so i thought minds well! I saw them at the Observatory In Santa Ana, California. (Adam said it was a hometown show for him since he was born and raised there). Darren wasn't on drums, they had a fill in. Whoever he was he crushed it. They reminded me of blink with Adam & John's banter between songs, it was SO much fun! Great crowd/energy. Saw some parents there with their kids which was rad but majority of the crowd was 30s to 40s that i could tell.

One of the best pop punk bands to exist. I am so glad they got back together. I've made the trip to California from Idaho two times now to see them play and it was worth every mile driven. My only issue was the sound quality of the venue. The Observatory's sound system was very muffled and made it hard to hear the vocals. That's not on Home Grown though, that's on The Observatory. Anyway, the band was amazing, so glad I went.
