Holiday Lights at the Beach Tickets

The lights were great but the wait to get to them was crazy long!!! Our scheduled time was 7:30-8:30 and we got to the area by 7:20 pm and waited in line, slowly moving to where the light show started!! We finally got to the lights around 8:20 pm, which means we waited an hour just to see the lights which was way too long a wait!! Won’t do these lights again, much prefer the lights at the Norfolk Botanical Gardens, no waiting for an hour to get to them!!

Paid more this year, for less. The station for music was full of static. Miserable. Definitely a downgrade from previous years.

They entry is different this year. After you get to the boardwalk it is 8 blocks before the lights start. They are now taking orders and delivery of those (coco/cider) between the start of the boardwalk and the start of the lights. Additionally, I did not see anything that told to purchase online and the backup and wait was horrible between those two things it slowed movement to nonexistent.

our time was 7:30.. in line 7:15 already. a line... took lil long to finally have ur code scanned! But the displays were Fabulous!! We loved them

The light display used to start at the beginning of the boardwalk. Now they start at 10th street. The line to get to the start point was very slow moving. Because we didn’t buy any hot chocolate or anything they put us in the right lane. The left lane was constantly moving. I guess we were being punished for not spending more money.moved down the boardwalk at a steady pace until we got to the new display and sat there for quite a while before we were able to get back out. Been better in the past.

I thought it was nice and my daughter did as well I can tell it was a little different than last year but it was great.
